For some reason, I was thinking about pineapple ribs that my friend's Mom made when we were teenagers. I looked up pineapple ribs and this video looked on point! Can't wait to make them, like this weekend!!!

Have a question: just recently I have been diagnosed with a raging egg allergy, so can’t have eggs in any form. Is there Something that you can recommend that I use in place of the egg? What would happen if I just left it out? What would you do? Hope that you have an answer for me, do love your recipe, just keep them coming! I am not the owner of this channel. I haven't started my cooking channel yet. You can substitute garlic by going heavy on onions, scallions, and shallots or if you are not allergic to garlic chives, try them.

How long did you deep fry the meat?
