Door Issues! Unknown Hydraulic Scenic Elevator at The Highline (23rd St) in New York City, NY

When I got into this elevator, it refused to move! For a second, I thought I was stuck as there was a delay after pressing the door open button. The elevator only started moving on the third attempt of closing the doors. It seems this elevator most likely has issues with the interlock and/or gate switch.
