No people don't wash mince meat,it's seasoned up....chicken and other means that's not minced yes must wash as prep for any other dish.

How come you made the meat so dry in this recipe for your liking.(it looked great cooked though)and you said you like wet food..the meat needs sauce cause when the cheese melt it will dry up...was just surprised it's not saucy.
