Used to audition for them as a bass player and this was one of their 3 songs to learn. They were the nicest dudes around! Listening to this for the nostalgia and personal chills. Great songs, vibes and experience.
I'm a HUGE Maiden fan, grew up listening to them. And when I hear this, it brings me joy that his son followed up the Rock career, doesn't matter the genre, I'm sure that if this was back in the day, it'd be the "heavy metal" genre. It's just the way our world is now, compared to back then. Rock on!
Great singer just like his father, and its a great thing that hes doing something different musically from his father, weve seen sons carrying on their fathers legacy lots of times, Austin actually wants to start his own, thats great
That was a damn good solo, one of the best in the metalcore genre. The musicianship is a hell of a lot better than most metalcore acts (sorry Bring me the Horizon, We Came as Romans, and The Devil Wears Prada, you guys aren't really up to snuff). They sound like a bridge between the scene (the aforementioned) and the more mature (Killswitch Engage, LoG, Trivium). They still have breakdowns and wailing clean vocals, but from what I've heard from them, I'd say they're among the bands that are more occupied with musicality, regardless if they played Warped a few years back.

Fuck, guys! I wish you had come out with that second album. You were such a huge inspiration for my music. I still have Vultures in my car to this day. The CD version of this song is mental good!
Using a VPN because I learned it's the only way I can listen to this band anymore since I lost my CD. Thanks for keeping this up. One of my favorite bands ever and I only got one album.
Wellp. Not only does he look like Bruce, but he also inherited his legendary vocal range. This kid'll go far, not my style of music, but goddamn he's got some pipes.
Austin would make any father proud. Great vocal control and stange awareness. You either got it or you don't. he got it on his own. Bruce would be proud !
I hate that everyone is comparing him to his father. They're not the same person, get over it. I also hate how people are like, "He's an embarrassment to his father, he should be disowned" etc. Even if His father didn't like his son's band, if you think that is grounds for a father disowning his son, or being ashamed of him, I hope none of you ever have children.
mikebaal I honestly hope you never have children, because you are an immature child that needs to grow up. This is my final word on the issue. Good day.
currently addicted to this song now..... i mean the guitars are ripping me to shreds.... its just so amazing... and the solo.. omg the solo is just amazing.... he even does it as well live... like omg.... the singer's scream vocals... are damn gooooooooooodd. i mean seriously... the growls give me shivers..... even his singing is pretty goood. my favourite metalcore band right now... i mean i cant find any other better metalcore bands better than this one.
why you people are still comparing him with his father... it's clear both play different genres, it's like compare someone who is a lawyer and his father a doctor, it's just stupid
you are such an idiot lawyers and doctors two different careers, in this case they both singers. and knowing how strict is Dickinson Im surprised he hasn't disowned his kid for this dumb shit.

saw these guys at warped first time i had heard them play they hardly even had a crowd maybe like 25-30 people but they still had a ton of energy on stage they played a pretty good show deserved a bigger crowd
seen them live with hate breed 2 years ago in Glasgow.they made it through the snow and only 100 people managed to get to the gig, they fucking rocked and really nice guys!took the time to have a chat with you. Best of luck in the future. rock the fuck on!

I was checking out this band for Warped Tour and instantly loved it, but the third time I came around to listen to it I realized the part from 0:57 - 1:15 triggered a memory of another song that had a similar chorus, which I was very familiar with. After think over it and going through my music library I realized it sounded like the chorus of This Fire by Killswitch engage. lol. I can't wait for Warped!
