I love becka's infectious optimisim and happiness, it shines through in the videos! Good to see you so happy after your difficult sail! Bonaire looks amazing!

Yeah, Zack does a commendable job - but you're much prettier and more articulate during those early watch-hours. You bring us into your private visions and observations. A lovely video guys and I think its your best to date - I do like your new video format & quality and you have come on leaps & bounds as presenters - cinematic standard . I really liked the cave diving segment and the segment where you were kite surfing together - Just keep bloody doing it ! R x
Hey, hot tip!!! If you use your spinnaker pole on the foresail halyard, you can use the winch to turn it into a crane for your dinghy. Use some spare dockline to makeup a picking sling for your dinghy. It makes a much smoother operation, and it lets you use the dinghy as a basket to lower stuff down to the water. It also makes it WORLDS EASIER to get groceries on board! 😂
This is one of your best episodes. The cave diving was epic! Also I have never seen squid ink just floating like that under the surface. How cool. Thanks for putting out such quality videos.

I look forward to your updates, all the best Cliff
I am a little surprised they didn't see any Dutch Gunboats. After all, it must take a lot of firepower to prevent the Chinese from ripping all the life right out of that reef. They do it everywhere else, just ask the Sea Shepherds.
Hello peeps, remembering your proposal vlog and the thought of church bells and last week’s lightening made me think of a church lightening conductor. Asking for a friend (😂) could you use the same idea, fore mast and main mast joined with cable and then a piece chucked over the side. Downside it might make you more attractive!!
Wow Bonaire is beautiful. Those caves awesome. Guess it's best to dive them with a local. How neat is that the fact they do not get hurricanes, Those huts the slaves lived in where they mined salt 6 to 8 per hut. I find that hard to believe. If true the death rate would have been very very high. Also how cruel and inhumane to have a fellow human live like that. Enjoy your time there and looking forward to next awesome video.

Well guys..Now you know why The Kingdom of Holland never gave Bonaire away. Still a sort of colony. Our King Willem goes there at least two times a year. And great to hear that Zack's omi is Dutch. Where does she live?
Oh my Universe, how EPIC was this vlog, gotta say my bloody heart was in my mouth when u were in the caves, I was really concerned about the tide changes, if they affected the caves system at all. Please don't scare me like that again, I'm an old Salty Wench😲😭🤣 I can see a kite board sitting on the bow of Teulu soon. Wait till u see the Australian Great Barrier Reef and our awesome coastline. Ooh La La. Luv yas 🇬🇧🇦🇺🤗👍🏳️🌈
Haha we will always be super safe! We want this trip to last forever after all 😆 would love Kite surfing gear- maybe one day! Oh and Aus is on the list, maybe in a few years time 😉
Amazing, really. It's not that long ago you set off to sail from Britain "all the way" to the Canary Islands, which was a pretty big and gutsy jump to begin with. Then it was, hey, why stop there, and you went all the way across the Atlantic, to the Caribbean. And here you are, all the way in the ABCs, close to the coast of South America. I bet you didn't dream even in your wildest dreams you'd do all that. What's next on the menu?
I know, when we think about it, it all does seem like a bit of a dream, but also just a series of small steps. Still pinching ourselves about the whole thing though 😆 we are hanging out in the ABCs until the end of hurricane season before flying to the US in October for our first boat show!
@@TeuluTribe i'm a divemaster so i just rent tanks and weights and bring in all my gear, we hire a car for a few weeks and just dive all over the island, we also started windsufing there on our last trip, you can basically dive anywhere on the leeward side of the island by walking into the water, just be careful of diving between bonaire and klein bonaire, it gets deceptively deep (60m) and i know divers who have died there chasing scorpian fish, also be careful of the heat, when you are young you have a higher tolerance to heat like I did, but then I had heatstroke mountain biking in the tropics, now I cant handle anything over 27 degrees
Playing around in caves with sediments at the bottom is a bit iffy... be careful you guys. Its known for catching out even experienced divers. 🧙♂️ 🤞🏼😉🇬🇧 from an old geologist.
guess it's too early for me, I was like "no way that Rowan/Roan has lived there all his life" (however you spell it, sorry for butchering his name 😢 ) cause he sounds too dutch.... then I remembered, bonaire IS dutch 0.o the ABC islands ( aruba, bonaire and curacao for those wondering) were dutch colonies. Anyways, as a diver (and someone who wants to learn how to sail), bonaire and the other 2 abc islands are definitely on my bucket list as well :p
Where guide line?! Please be very wary diving in caves, even if you think you know the system, Because you might not know it as well as you think you do. Lots and lots of open water divers have ended up dead in that part of the world. Blue holes and cenotes are serious mankillers. I did a bit of caving in my youth, and knew several cave divers. After a couple of years, I knew less cave divers, because most of them were dead. BTW, when Becs went to the dive shop and they asked her how long she wanted her fins, I'm guessing she said 'Yes'... Half woman, half Thresher shark...🦈
You are a beautiful daredevil couple and I admire you….Following you from Montreal, Canada, i`m a diver but not certified cave diving, it scares me diving in caves without my gears, anyway good bubbles to you from Pierre
Sorry to say Bonaire reefs have been ruined by excess tourism. I hope you get to visit and dive Indonesia, Raja Ampat near Misool are gin clear waters and full of life, especially Misool which is a marine protection area. It's full of life and one of the best dive areas in the world
so, the first sailing channel I discovered on RUclips was Sailing Uma, and they visited these same islands, and small houses. It's just really cool to see y'all visiting these same places, and sharing a new perspective

Haha we will always be super safe! We want this trip to last forever after all 😆 would love Kite surfing gear- maybe one day! Oh and Aus is on the list, maybe in a few years time 😉
Is there a tide out there?
@@david45ross Hi David, there would have to be surely, but that's my ? I'm just asking.
@@TeuluTribe oh Hectic, cant wait to meet u both🤣 i can be patient, xx
How long ago was this? Where are you holing up for hurricane season?
Hey there, If I click "skip Ads" does this detriment the channel. I'm enjoying your trip.
Hi Caroline, it doesn’t detriment it ☺️ glad you are enjoying it!
Cheers to you guys! What kind of motor is on the dinghy?
Good pair of lungs, bet you can hold your breath for ages!
I’m still very much working on mine but Zach can hold his breath for ages, scares me sometimes 😆
errr…
we go diving here i think 6 out of the last 10 years - i was going to tell you about the red bus haha
Oh lovely, small world. The Red Bus did amazing food- did you do the East coast diving when you were there?
Yeah. We were being super careful. Rowan gave us a heads up before to be careful where we put our feet. Thanks Clive!
guess it's too early for me, I was like "no way that Rowan/Roan has lived there all his life" (however you spell it, sorry for butchering his name 😢 ) cause he sounds too dutch.... then I remembered, bonaire IS dutch 0.o the ABC islands ( aruba, bonaire and curacao for those wondering) were dutch colonies.
If thats cave spelunking then its a little bit scary & dangerous ü
You are a beautiful daredevil couple and I admire you….Following you from Montreal, Canada, i`m a diver but not certified cave diving, it scares me diving in caves without my gears, anyway good bubbles to you from Pierre
Sorry to say Bonaire reefs have been ruined by excess tourism. I hope you get to visit and dive Indonesia, Raja Ampat near Misool are gin clear waters and full of life, especially Misool which is a marine protection area. It's full of life and one of the best dive areas in the world
We will add it to the list! 😀
😍❤
so, the first sailing channel I discovered on RUclips was Sailing Uma, and they visited these same islands, and small houses.
It's just really cool to see y'all visiting these same places, and sharing a new perspective
Amazing! ✊🏻🏴 that would be a hard place to leave 😊
It was sooo hard to leave!
Am I first?
Yes! Nice one 🎉🎉
I enjoy your channel and have followed you from the beginning. However, I do not appreciate being attacked for submitting a concerned messagae. I need to know if the attacker is related to your channnel is just a miscreant viewer?
Hi team, great location. These videos are all about story telling I’d rather you do fewer videos if you can get this right.
Thanks Chris!
Bitt of a soggy video
This is a sailing channel? You’re getting a bit political there. Remember many of your viewers will be older and wiser then you both, and don’t need lectures from teenagers. Keep to sailing so we can stay friends ❤
What bit was political?
