@@chadwickwood9843 yeah I get up to 12 on the Accord. I'm fine with how rarely I need to touch anything on the highway. Would I enjoy fully autonomous even on street level? Sure. This is a great introduction to learning how to drive hands and feet off, though.
Yes, I run a 058 fork of OP to deal with Toyota's actuator lag. Feed Forward lateral control is a long term goal of Comma and some community members are also working on it. This is what I daily github.com/ErichMoraga/openpilot -- devel_058_vsr
looks awesome, been looking to add this to my 2019 honda civic. do you know if it leaves any evidence it was ever installed? like if i were to go in for a warranty claim and switched it all back would they ever know? thanks for sharing.
I'd say that OpenPilot and L2 Autonomy, in general, is good enough for daily use. Best use cases are the interstate, and within that, stop and go traffic. I think that if you keep in mind that the current state is enhanced lane keeping, cruise control, and not sit in the back seat playing chess, you'll be fine. It does stay in the lane and I haven't had any major safety concerns. Nothing will replace an attentive driver, and that goes for Tesla, too.
cela fonctionne tu sur une prius prime tech 2017 ?
Congratulations! How do you like it? I'm about half a week in as well and I love it.
I've been using it for 7 months. Its gradually been getting better. Needs more steering torque. It can only turn the steering wheel 7-10% on a civic

It did not work well on mine. Probably because the lanes were not clear
Can it do stop and go?
Nice video! Does it need extra hardware to do "stop and go"?
Does it work on stop and go traffic?
Any ping-ponging between the lanes left?

Can you install this on a prime without the tech package?
I’m considering returning it because it has some pretty bad ping-ponging. Did you ever notice any with yours?
What do you mean by ping ponging
What is this

Good question! I'd say that installation is minimally invasive and can be reverted to "stock" in about 15 minutes.
Electric and self driving :D
Overall, would you recommend this? Does it work well and stay in the lane?
