What room number was this? We are trying to pick our cabin, and this looks like a great one! Was their an overhang outside of the veranda from a walkway above?
Hi! This stateroom has an infinite veranda, which means there's a window at the end of the stateroom. There are other rooms above with the same style infinite veranda, so no, there wasn't an overhang from a walkway above. I'll check to see if I have anything showing what room number that was. ⛴😊
This is a personal comment - I haven't experienced a problem with any connecting stateroom in terms of noise or lack of privacy. Sometimes you don't know if someone is staying in the stateroom next door. 🙂
That is a great question. I'm not sure how tightly those bifold doors really close, so the AC most likely will turn off anytime the window is open. I think it's the window being open that triggers the AC to turn off. If anyone has had a different experience, please add a comment below.
Hi, you can easily find out which rooms are connecting/non-connecting. Just look at the deck plan which you'll see way before payment with the booking process or search for it online. When there, the connecting rooms will be noted by a heavy vertical dash line between the two rooms. For example, see Ascent deck 11 port side mid-ship 11167 and 11169. Those are connecting Prime Concierge
You are very methodical and thorough with your details. Some ennobled do videos do nothing but twist and twich. Thank you.
Thanks for your feedback and encouragement, Bev! Happy Sailing -
I love the infinite veranda!
Thanks, very nice cabin tour!
Excellent video, thanks! You got us booked on the beautiful Ascent for a great price, can’t wait to sit at the martini bar!
What a beautifully done cabin tour - well done! This ship is looking absolutely beautiful - so many nice touches in there!

Great video of the new ship!
Can you cover information regarding the connecting door? Privacy, noise?

If the Bifold doors are closed and the window open does the AC continue to run?
