Can you tell me about the benefit of doing footwork in this position (seated against box) or is it just to minimize the movement of the box (taking it off and putting it back on)
Hi April! No real benefit, more flow and choreography. I have a really long carriage so it is manageable for me...plus I am short so that helps. Seated and upright challenges posture as you work through the footwork with the support of the box. The close seat to the footbar gives you the work of mobility at the hip too!
