I absolutely LOVE that there is a Gollum-like genre now.
Now we need a "worst game of the year" awards. I want people to argue over which is the worst game of 2023 and get mad at other people for having a different opinion of which game is worse.
Daryl tanking those 80 zombies by floating above the ground and crane kicking them was just like the TV show. 10/10 game.
Love how he says…“I have to protect Lori and Carl” when Carl died awhile ago.
The concept of this game could’ve worked if it wasn’t made by the game developer equivalent of a half eaten moldy cheese sandwich
Game Mill really bringing down the Grade Point Average for the entire gaming industry just by existing.
I love how Rick just immediately knows what walkers are and calls them walkers the moment he wakes up from a coma.
I just loved the whole fact that so many parts of the show were glossed over; its really highlighted when someone who has never seen the show before plays this game.
The worst thing about this Game is, that the Choices and alternative Stories ARE interesting, it’s just that everything else sucks
I love the way Glenn screams at the top of his lungs "THIS WILL DISTRACT THEM" while throwing a bottle 5 feet away. Easiest GOTY I've seen
My favorite moment was Shane saying "I need to keep Lori and Carl safe" during the barn horde fight. I guess he forgot he already failed to keep Carl safe, because he was dead at that point.
The characters screaming "I can't do this anymore!" Is very relatable when playing this game.
I know you haven't seen the show so let me explain the whole deer shooting Carl thing:
The most intense part of the game is when Rick slippled into a coma.
Oh my God I can't stop laughing at this one. I didn't think it could get better, then Rick starts tanking 12 gauge shotguns like a Terminator
I love how he just got out of a hospital bed and barely walks yet already does extremely fast combat rolls on hard floors
Gollum:
Imagine if soldiers just kept repeating "Out of ammo" "Lock and load" "more for me" "don't mind if I do" every single time they reloaded their gun or refilled their magazines. WWIII is going to be a fever dream.
Glenn/the characters yelling "This will distract them!" while throwing a bottle that makes less noise than his screaming will always be hilarious.
As someone who lives in Atlanta, I am glad to see the zombie apocalypse cleared up the streets and solved the traffic problems. Honestly, in this version of the city it is probably easier to get things done around the Holiday season.
