Gosh, this is such a great, great, great country song. I've known the Dixie Chicks version for over 20 years. I just learned that the Chicks were "covering" this version. Really can't say that either one is better than the other. Testament to what a great song Maria McKee wrote!
When will the DRB put their songs on iTunes?? Unfortunately I don’t own a CD player anymore. Love their music!! Very talented family!! I have all of Bill’s and Kasey’s albums on iTunes, just missing their early work.
