It is surprising that the metal transverse bar behind the plastic bumper is missing in this jazz while comparing it to other rear bumper removal of Jazz videos. Was this a previous accident vehicle?

I did the MoT to mine Honda jazz GD, and they told the "rear bumper crash bar missing" I was smh, what, this video show how is my honda, do you tell me or photo or video about that metal trasnverse bar bhind the plastic bumper ? I cant find if really the honda jazz GD has a crash bar in rear bumper. Thanks
