I miss my bun bun so bad. He died just a few days ago and it was the hardest thing i had to watch. So thankful that was there to comfort him but it's something that's gonna stick with me. He used to do the oink thing when coming up to me if i was laying on the ground/floor. Also I'm not b.s-ing but i literally saw him wag his little tail side to side once, think he picked that up from my dog among a few other things. Probably the sweetest animal i ever had
My fav accompanied me to the hardware store sitting in the passenger seat of my Sequoia. He is the most vocal rabbit ever, he scolded me the whole trip!

My male made 🐷 oinky sounds galore when I fostered a female. He was IN LOVE 😻 LOL 😍!! Little Romeo got the snip snip shortly ever. Fortunately after his neuter healed, the female foster bun accepted him and so I adopted her 💘

My daughter bunny doesn't binky much but does most of what was mentioned but we were only fimilar with binkys being new owners. Thank you very much for sharing this with us.
I noticed my Rabbit makes the same type of sound an he also makes a similar sound when his disappointed or unhappy with a toy or I rearrange his cage. The sound is comical but it is cool cuz he is intelligently communicating to me.
Finally, the mystery of bunny butt twitching solved! I knew all of these except for this one! I always thought my bunny’s hind part is itching but she is just too focused on her food 😂 Now I know she just loves what she’s eating!! Thanks and have a good day! Already subscribed~

My rabbit Chloe would twitch so hard when she ate her bananas or crackers that her sides would twitch so much, we would think she is having a conniption. But it was just her enjoying her favourite foods.
Yesterday when I rescued a rabbit from the pet store and I do mean rescue the conditions were horrible in the pet store, the rabbits were fighting over the one water bottle and one rabbit was dead and in a different space the hamsters were also fighting over the water and 2 were eating a hamster 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️, the beta fish were pretty much colorless and there were too many cats in one cage there was 3 puppies in one cage and the kitten next to the entrance had dirty water and was crying for attention😢😢😢... Anyways tho, we got home and let the rabbit (who my daughter named hop hop) settle in and hop hop was doing a bunch of head shakes and stuff after a few hours of bring him/ her home😊😊😊 I really hope hop hop will feel happy and safe from now on❤❤❤
The honking I've heard always sounds like bee buzzing to me, but maybe that is a different sound altogether since I only ever heard unneutered bucks make it when they are aroused. Also my rabbits seem to be a lot pushier than yours cause they circle me then grab at my pants with their teeth and tug on me cause they are so impatient. Even when my husband is wearing shorts, they reach up there and tug on the hem. Cheeky little fluff gremlins.
Hello, thank you! Cabbage is okay for rabbits and most lettuces are okay, but you want to avoid Iceberg lettuce. And cardboard boxes are great toys and hiding spots for rabbits!
My bunny hasn't been active much, he most likely sleeps a lot but he used to be so energetic, I've had him for years I don't know if its because he has no energy or something more concerning.
I've had my bun for only 3 weeks but he's extremely shy. He binkies, does his fair share of zoomies, and flops daily but he will barely let us touch him. Will it always be this way? I see people with bunnies in their lap and I wonder if ours will ever warm up to us.
Awww I'm glad your rabbit is so happy! Eventually your rabbit will warm up to you, it just takes some time. Try giving him some scritches on the head while you hand him a treat to start getting him used to being pet. If he's a young rabbit, it may also take some time for him to settle down, but usually they'll start to relax and calm down a little by the time they reach 2-3 years old.

He was raised on a farm with a family of competion rabbits, but they retired their rabbits and put their two bunnies up for adoption. I'm sure going from a wideopen farm to a house is a bit of an adjust. So like you said, we'll give him time :)

Rabbit ears help them to regulate their body temperature, so the ears get warm to release heat. Very hot ears can be a sign that your rabbit is overheating, but since your rabbit's behavior is normal that's probably not something you have to worry about right now.
@@TheBunnyLady My rabbit's lower lip have got red dots on it...what to do? They weren't there before...and his ear also has got a bump and reddish scars maybe due to his nails but bump wasn't there, this is scary to me as there are no vets available for next few months in my area and I can't go out due to lockdown still going on
As long at it's hay that your rabbit is eating, then that's a very healthy behavior. Eating hay almost constantly throughout the day helps keep their digestion healthy.
In general, wheatgrass is very healthy for rabbits and they can eat a lot of it. If you want to give them unlimited grass, then slowly build up the amount you give your rabbit overtime. So start with just a little bit every day and buildit up to an unlimited amount after a few weeks.

My rabbits but twitch several times a day (we have four of them.) they do it when they’re eating their greens, treats, or pellets.
