The last photo was definitely the more pleasing of the two limestone pavement foreground shots. Much better balance of the heavy black foreground with the light, bright background. I loved the farmhouse in the beginning. Very iconic, English (York-ish?) countryside to a Yankee like me. Gorgeous landscapes, great shots, and adventures in hiking! Thanks, Henry!
Nice location. Good photos. I always enjoy the explanations of the area and the shots as you set them up. Thanks Henry. A shout out to Robert for suggesting the location to you.
Superb shots again Henry and your enthusiasm knows no bounds. Really love the wet and shiny limestone pavement pics at the end. Keep up the good work fella. :-)
Your videos are so relaxing (and informative as well) with the scenery and the music. After a difficult day I just can put one on and appreciate life!! Keep it up mate!!
If there's a dry stone wall or a lonely barn in a field or a limestone pavement, chances are it's Yorkshire. Stunning scenery and that last photo is class. Cheers.
Thanks for sharing again as usual a great & informative video... love the pics & location... you always find the best locations for your work & the results are amazing... cheers 😀
Great video! What a cool location! Excellent images. A lot of the time when were looking for a decent landscape images the light always wants to play games! Hooked throughout this Henry. Thanks for sharing
Just bought you a beer on your support page. It’s the least I can do for all the entertainment you keep giving. Thumbs up again from a fellow newbie RUclipsr. We look forward to your vids on a Thursday night, It sets us up for a weekend out in the fresh air. Your passion is infectious, keep up the great work. OUT!!!!!!!
At first I favoured your 1st image; but as the video moved on each of your 4 images of the day were excellent (it’s what I expect from you of course). Perhaps though the last image just comes out tops for me. Thanks for opening my eyes to the potential in me .
The first and last shots were my favorites. Patience and staying out there pays off and with your creativity you always find something and have a good 'wander' in the process! And you can't beat those dry stone walls can you!
I don't think I've ever come across anyone who likes rain so much! Don't get me wrong, I don't mind it, but I can't say I love it! I've always said though, I don't mind being cold, and a I don't mind being wet.. it's when I cold AND wet I really don't like it! I think it's also that I've never quite mastered photography in the rain.
Must be a bit disappointing being a week into the new year knowing you’ve likely taken your best image for 2022. LOL! Good luck topping those. Thanks for bringing us along btw.
been watching you for about 4 months also watched a lot of your older videos and you have got me ive been out and bought a nikon d3500 to start me off ive been shooting in aperture as theres a lot to learn from scatch, anyway just wanted to thank you for your hard work look forward to next week OUT
I love you’re videos Henry. Your enthusiasm and appreciation for the countryside is such a joy. Some beautiful images again. Total artistry. Thank you.
Some great moody shots this session! I didn't think the pano would work as well as it did. P.s I wish we could have had more video of you struggling with the gate! 😆
I've said this to you before, but I feel the need to say it again. Watching you grow as a photographer/videographer is so inspiring. You were already class when I stumbled upon you, but you just keep getting better in everything you do. Absolutely loved everything about this video, and cannot wait to see more in the future. PS - my calendars arrived and they are wonderful. Took only about 4 weeks to get here which is very impressive seeing as I'm living in the Arctic and mail can take its sweet time getting here. Thank you so much for all you do :)
Love your enthusiasm, even in the worst of conditions, where most others (including me) would pack up and go home. Really do love the last shot in particular, the light brought back into the shot really does work.
Great set of images. I think you got the balance just right between the stone in the foreground and the light in the background with your last image. Looking forward to your next video!
Love that barn shot; The shot is moody but inviting! "We love a bit of a wander"...isn't that the case. The sheeple gallery didn't have much to say this time. They were judging though, you could tell.... Your shots are so beautiful!!!! Like the sheeple pano-portait. Beautiful scenes and shots on top! Smashing vid, Henry! Cheers!!
Loving this content Henry, your photos are getting better (if you don't mind me saying) :-) I used to call you Captain Enthusiastic but I have now promoted you to Major Enthusiastic. Can I ask though, where did you get thet pack rain cover that wraps around your tripod as well I struggle with covering my pack when I have my tripod strapped to the bag.
These dark moody cloud images are one of your fortes Henry as you also manage to create that drama in the final image. Great episode this week and smashing images to boot \
Enthusiasm, skill, desire, experience it’s all here in droves Henry. Great video as always and plenty to think about next time I’m out, focus stacking etc. you’ve got to be in it to win it and you won mate the first image with the barn and the last image are top drawer! The barn one though are there other barns as I recall?
Beautiful limestone country! The last shot is far superior to the previous one. By the way, the track between the dry stone walls is an example of a 'Green Lane', historical trails probably used by drovers in the dim and distant past. In the dales they are very photogenic.
Another superb video mate. I am new to photography and your videos have helped so much. Im just getting used to a d5200, but I am looking to get your beloved Nikon d7200. I will be out Saturday looking at a waterfall here in the Czech republic.. I am English working here.
Hi Henry, another grand day out, this time in God's county. Marvellous! .. when it comes to dry stone walls, put simply, what's not to like, each one is a man made monument to skill and effort. As ever, super photography and thanks for sharing.
Wonderful video as always Henry! "We love ourselves a bit of a wander" - HT 2021 Ever considered doing a collaboration with Thomas Heaton? Another favorite photographer of mine and I would click on that video instantly!
Thanks Henry! I hope you take us back to this location when the skies are less gloomy! I don’t mind clouds with definition…but I think this destination would be spectacular with better light! Nonetheless, you made this video fun and educational! I love your work as it motivates this 72 year old to get out and shoot! #randy_schwager

FYI: I would buy a hoodie with your quote on it in a second: “We love ourselves a bit of wander.”
The last photo was way better than the wide angel lens. Lovely.
My favorite is the limestone that looks black and white with the green valley in the background. Sweet!
Last photo was definitely the one. Loved it.
Nice location. Good photos. I always enjoy the explanations of the area and the shots as you set them up. Thanks Henry.
A shout out to Robert for suggesting the location to you.
That last shot is amazing!
Thank you for including all the indecision in your decision making process. It's really helpful.
Love the Comp in the first shot - so beautiful!
Last picture absolutely awesome 👌
Wow, what an epic shot the last one is. Pure drama. Excellent video Henry. Thx so much.

hi
Some great moody shots this session! I didn't think the pano would work as well as it did.
P.s I wish we could have had more video of you struggling with the gate! 😆
Always look forward and enjoy your vids Henry to see what shots you make, but do be careful of what you wish for! Oh, btw, already had "me" dinner
An excellent production Henry, coupled with plenty of enthusiasm and passion for photography.

Definitely preferred the pano to the wide angle of the limestone pavement.
Stunning pictures again as always, and a great video! The first picture is my favorite!
Aw Henry stunning images as always , look forward to your next adventure take care 👍
Love your enthusiasm, even in the worst of conditions, where most others (including me) would pack up and go home. Really do love the last shot in particular, the light brought back into the shot really does work.
Beautiful fist image Henry. Full of tones, depth and atmospheric.
Great set of images. I think you got the balance just right between the stone in the foreground and the light in the background with your last image. Looking forward to your next video!
Gorgeous! The last pano is considerably better, the valley is more defined. The first shot is my favourite in the video though. 👍
Amazing adventure Henry. All the shots are amazing!
As you say MINT. 👍
Colors, compositions, clouds and countryside all glorious! So glad the cable people boosted my connection so I can enjoy your work in 4K.
Adore that second shot. Loved the composition and depth within the image. Dry stone walls are awesome.
Beautiful shots Henry very entertaining as always.
Beautiful images Henry, definitely worth the stop .
Thank you for taking us on another adventure. I truly enjoy catching your videos every week. Keep up the good work.

Loved the video and the enthusiasm. But what I really want to know, is where can I get one of those “Fell” caps? 👍
Awesome video Henry, making me homesick. Defo need to get back down to that area for a few days of photo therapy!
These dark moody cloud images are one of your fortes Henry as you also manage to create that drama in the final image. Great episode this week and smashing images to boot

Enjoyed the video. Wonderful shots! Very pretty in that area, would love t see it in person someday.

Ah yes, the grey old English weather - no sun, just clouds, clouds, clouds and rain...rain.. rain...! Thanks for the entertainment.
If there wasn’t much light why did you use such a low iso and also considering the sheep were moving the ss was slow. Love your enthusiasm Henry!!
Another superb video mate. I am new to photography and your videos have helped so much. Im just getting used to a d5200, but I am looking to get your beloved Nikon d7200.
I will be out Saturday looking at a waterfall here in the Czech republic.. I am English working here.
Thanks Henry, you’ve reminded me that I need to get to Hutton Roof limestone pavement
Hi Henry, another grand day out, this time in God's county. Marvellous! .. when it comes to dry stone walls, put simply, what's not to like, each one is a man made monument to skill and effort. As ever, super photography and thanks for sharing.
Hi Henry why do you use photo sifting on your Z7 instead of photo stacking?
You aced that last shot Henry, Nowt wrong with the others though. Nice to see you on the proper side of the Pennines again mate.
Wonderful video as always Henry!

Heaton complains too much.
@@maryk6407 Yin & Yang compliment each other
Was it Robert Smith from famous "The Cure" band ?? ;-)
Very dark footage 😎

Would like to see the last shot in B&W. Nice to see a different pavement from the usual suspects.
