I was 330 pounds. Down to 242 pounds today. I have do this over a year and a half. Did this with diet and jogging and walking bridges. I messed my big toes up and they're finally healing at 6 weeks and going to the doctors. i just got cleared to jog and walk again. and do stuff again. wait to hit the gym. where should i start for a beginner.
