I've only been to punk rock shows at keg/back yard party's and at 20 years old seeing my number 1 favorite band play live was the best experience of my life!!! I Wasn't Born to Follow, I Was Wrong, Sick Boys, Tonight, Over You, Ball and Chain, Story of My Life, Reach For The Sky, those song will forever give me goosebumps and speak to me for the rest of my life!

Nice job. I almost felt like I was there. Oh wait. I was. In front of you and a closer to center stage. I took my daughter to a Social D show when she was in 8th and her English teacher was there. She and her boyfriend joined me this night. She is 28 now. I live is SLC and Redondo Beach and will say the SLC live music scene is as good as it gets. Thanks for capturing it.

Your dad has some good taste! I have a picture framed with Mike from like 25 yrs ago. Wish i had taken it and gotten his signature. We, me and my oldest daughter, seen Mike after this show but didnt get a picture because he was behind a gate... so just talked for a few. we should have still tried. Lol. Has your dad checked out Mike's sons band. Love crimes? He played that night with him. It's also on my channel below this video.

Yes, it was!!! I kinda got shoved around at first as u can tell in the video. Lol.... and some big dude that was a complete dick and I think totally wasted in the pit kept shoving everyone in and around him. I went to kick him back cuz he wouldn't stop. And he started threatening me that I was dead... so I moved once again. Other than him, it was a blast.
Damn I’ve seen them so many times and that was the best set list and energy I’ve seen at a Social D show. Jealous.
It was so amazing! It's been awhile since they have played slc that I know of. The place sold out.

You can tell by my page I kinda like diff music (most I do like but some, i just recorded cuz I happen to be at the show for a diff band) My first social distortion show was over 25 yrs ago at bricks. We got to talk to Mike after and I got a pic with him and he kissed my cheek. Haha! I framed the pic and I was going to bring it and see if he could sign it. I should have. We waited around after and got to see him briefly but he was behind a gate. I actually won a big poster signed by the whole band 25-30 yrs ago to but a "friend" took out to fix the back that was pulling up and it got stolen out of his storage he said. Pretty lame.

@KevinSmith-vd8rz didn't they have a vinyl? I usually just get tshirts/hoodies. I also miss stickers. Lol. But don't think I seen those. I felt rushed so I just got his sons tshirt and his hoodie..
