Social D doesn’t need hall of fame award! they’re a walking institution of rock and roll greatness
Social D is my all time most favorite band. So many dark times where I wanted to end it all I would play these tapes over and over that I was able to live another day. I owe them my life. Now life is much better! Thanks guys!
I'm so pleased to read this. Plagued by M.E and Fibromyalgia, not a day goes by where those thoughts don't go through my mind. I've lost friends who lost the battle I'm fighting. 'Reach for the sky' is so deep and meaningful to me.

I most have watched it 8 times... now I want to drop some P-90s in my Les Paul... Tone for days. Now everytime I go into a guitar center or shop I get a Les Paul off the wall and go over to the Bass room and look for a Fender Bassmen.. lol thanks Mike Ness...

Social D taking it to the limit. Crazy that this show was ten years ago now. The band is in tip top form, and very cool to see a much appreciated European crowd. Closing out with two Cash classics...absolutely phenomenal!!!

I agree they can still bring it, but it is not the same as their peak in the early '90s

Been listening to Social Distortion since I was a teenager. Introduced them to my kids who also love them. They were the first concert I took my son to. Now I’m going to be 57. Wow!
I have been a fan for over 30 years. Radio K 770 AM from U.of Minnesota in Minneapolis played Social D quite often. Of course I became a devoted follower. Mike Ness' songs spoke to me then , and still do 30+ years later.
I saw these guys in concert somewhere around 2015. AMAZING! They didn’t even take too much of a break, straight killed it in Charlotte that night. Love these guys

This is a band that can still bring it. I think this current lineup is the best of the band's history and Ness is only better with age.
I agree this is my favorite line up as well and when Ness talks it’s amazing how much I feel the way he does about the same shit and the way we grew up and hell I’m from a small town of about 350 people in northern WV

Ok it's Saha featherston again..a crazed fan..🤣🤣I know you don't read these but just in case..I love your delivery and story telling..I grew up I the south of England.. and my dad loved country and Irish music.he was an amazing painter and I didn't realize that I grew up with a few famous poets from Cornwall England until I was older and they were dying or dead already!!and I was a rebel without a clue..wearing doctor Martin's and riding soccer trains listening to insane music.and got shipped off to Canada when my parents split up.my mum thought the music I was listening to was affecting my distate of the shifty high school I was supposed to be attending 😎🤣🤣🤣

Can't say I really dug the last album very much, but this is a very good performance. Ole man Ness can still deliver the goods. Saw him/them several times and they always killed. This show is no different.
