How did you guys get the front lip around the headlights? Stock is 2 pieces and mine is giving me trouble. Start mount at headlight and finish at door or how did you guys do it?
Does the kit come with template instructions on where to cut the bed? Also does it come with rivets and stuff needed to do it ourselves? I just ordered mine
This is one route for install, we do not provide a template. Majority of customers remove the entire bedsides by drilling the spot welds out and then bolting our bedsides in place.
@@advfiberglass Awesome, really want to do a mid travel setup for overlanding and would love to see different wheel and tire size combinations. Keep up the great work.
Loves this! Only question tho is about the wheel liners! Do they factory ones still work or do you remove them completely? Are there wheel liners for this setup?
lgmisfit10 We have had customers run 33s with our fenders and bedsides with either more aggressive wheel offset, wider wheels, spacers, etc to push the tires out.
Miguel Noriega Hi Miguel, the product costs are labeled on our website and install cost varies from shop to shop. Please let me know if I can answer anymore questions, I am happy to help!
SMEACRaptor Hi, we do offer Fenders and bedsides for the 2017-2020 Ford Raptors. It is very common to install mid travel or long travel to fill out our Fenders and bedsides. However our Raptor Fenders and bedsides are a 2” Flare 2” Rise which can be easily filled up with larger tires, wider wheels (offset), and many more options (including mid travel and long travel kits). Please let me know if I can answer anymore questions, I am happy to help!
@@advfiberglass Whatever you think will look best is the advice I'll take lol. I'm a noob at this. Are the holes already pre drilled and ready to be bolted on?
Obsolete 327 You can run up to 37s with these fenders and bedsides with the correct suspension set up. Most customers are running 37s with a mid travel or long travel kit. We recommend at least a 3-4” lift if you want to run 37s
Advanced Fiberglass Concepts I am just looking for a replacement fender and bedside do to I live in the Midwest and rust is a issue could I run this set up with no modification with 35s or would it not look right ?
A 4 inch added space for tires.... ask your wheel dealer about at least a negative 44mm offset typically found on 12 inch wide wheels or a -76mm offset found on 14 inch wide wheels. Should solve your issue without geometrical issues down-the-road.
This video is not very helpful. How do we determine where on the fenders to “drill the appropriate holes”? (As in tips and techniques) How do we know where to cut the bedsides to remove all of the material we don’t need and leave the material we do need? Why didn’t you show how to glue/bolt/rivet the new bedsides? Really no information that the average guy doesn’t already know.
Aaron Silver Hi Aaron, all the holes are pre marked on the fenders so that will show you where to drill the holes. The bedsides can be cut in a few different spots depending on which way you want to tackle the install (bolt on or glue on). If you would like a more in depth explanation, please give us a call at 714-695-8400. This video was made from a customer of ours👍🏻
Brighton Lal Hi Brighton, we are more than happy to ask more specific install questions via phone. Let me know if I can be of anymore assistance, I am happy to help!

The video stopped right in the middle of bedside install, that's what I wanted to see.

It sure would! You could upgrade to larger tires as well👍🏻
Can yall do a video about the ram trx kit for the 4th gen ram. Looking into purchasing but want to see the detail in the installation.

Factory ones need to be extended to reach out panels.
How do you extend them?
@@kDanB Most common material to use is ABS plastic.
Would you guys ever want to make extended wheel liners for the wide body kits?
@@kDanB We offer liners for newer products. We do not plan on developing liners for past products.
The paint not matching would drive me crazy
Would a Tacoma with 33s look good with this set up? Or would I need spacers for the tires to stick out more?

Do you guys still sell this kit?

Hey so will they be pre drilled for the front when we get it?
The mounting holes are pre-marked but not pre-drilled
How much did this process cost?

what is the approx labor hours on installing the fenders and the install time on the bedside panels?
Fenders: 6-8 Hours
Bedsides: 10-12 Hours
Do you need a inner liner when you run the fender against the bed ?
Bedside liners are not 100% necessary but it will clean up the look and make it look more OEM.
How much Wide body kit
Hi,
For what exact vehicle? Year, make, and model?
Paint then install? Or install then paint?
Rafael Molina Hi Rafael, we always recommend to install and then paint👍🏻

What's the largest tire available in this setup

So with this set up do you need any kind of lift or can you be at stock height and if at stock height what size of tires would you recommend running

Obsolete 327 We would recommend a lift with offset wheels to look better with this kit. The 4” width would be too wide for a stock set up.
What did you do to push your wheels out further to not be stuck deep in the fender after install?
Alex1234845 There are many options including: long travel, mid travel, wider wheels, offset wheels, larger tires, spacers, etc
