I want to upgrade the memory. I would like to install two 16GB DIMMs, for a total of 40 GB of memory. Currently, there are two 4GB DIMMs installed side by side in the two furthest slots. I understand this is a single channel configuration, In your shot of the slots, the slots are blac and white. As I understand it, dual channel memory would have the two DIMMs installed in the two black slots, not one blac slot and one white slot, as it is currently configured. I want to install two 16GB DIMMs in the blac slots, and move one of the 4GB Dims to the near white slot. Would this be the correct way to add this memory. Also, the i5-6500 can address 64GB of DRAM, but I have read that the Elitedesk only supports 32 GB of DRAM. Will I have to install two 8GB DIMMs instead of two 16GB DIMMs, settling for just 24 GB of memory? O can I use just the two 16GB DIMMs for the total of 32GB, that I have read is the limit for this system.

I have the same pc as with the video. Did what was shown to replace the access panel but I could not slide it forwards. Checked and none of the tabs were bent. Is there a way to resolve this?

@@HPSupport quiero realizar un upgrade de GPU, y como el equipo tiene restricciones en tamaño y energia.... entiendo que corre una GTX 1050TI Gigabit, yaque es low profile y tiene un solo ventilador, con un consumo de 75W. pero en el video veo que tienes otra GPU instalada.... la GT 710 o GT730 LP, es casi lo mismo que la integrada INtel 530 que viene, entonces no se gana nada en cambiarla....
El equipo es HP eliteDesk 800 G3 SFF tiene procesador I7 de 6° generacion 20GB de RAM y lo unico que quiero es actualizar la GPU por la que mejor que llegue a correr, teniendo en cuenta su poco espacio (low profile) y el consumo maximo de 35W en el slot PCI express 16X que tiene.

@@HPSupport hi i tried all this all some of the steps i cannot do coz the screen in blank...i think the problem is switching from intergrated to my gpu in the bios menu...if only there is video that shows how many left errors have to press to get to advanced tap how many down errors i need to press to get to built in devices and how many down errors i have to press to where i need to switch from intergrated to my own gpu...
