Great Place Jon! Wow....My Mum lives in an Elderly Complex that is converted from and old High school and it's Breath taking! It's Haunted as well.
So nice to see this old building preserved and given a new lease on life. They did a good job; it's lovely.
Love what they have done to that school, there is one in my lil town and it's been abandoned for a while, I wish they would do something useful with it, great video

Creepy squeaking door...voices...baby or child crying...foot steps (other than yours)... this place is absolutely awesome. So glad whoever re-purposed it was able to keep a lot of the original character. Kudos to them. Shout out to the Carpetbagger. Great video. I loved it.

Hi John, what a great idea for abandoned schools. One of our abandoned schools is now being used for training centers for the local mine.
That place is absolutely fantastic! The fact that it still looks like a school and the lockers, one of which I noticed still had a lock on it is so cool!! It definitely has an extremely creepy vibe to it.

Awesome place! I'm happy to see the building being put to good use. Here in Mid Michigan school districts say it will cost too much to update buildings so the building is pretty much abandoned in favor of something "new and shiny". Yet a private company will buy them, update them and use them for decades!

I heard lots of noises! Banging, women's voices, footsteps, a baby crying, what sounded like a door with unoiled hinges screeching open, and at the closed off section I heard what sounded like a swooshing noise like a straw broom dragging against the floor. What an awesome place! More unused schools could be converted into B and B's!
Jon when you put your camera up to let it roll I heard whispering a whistle and what sounded like kids walk in and a basketball bouncing ......i did hear what sounded lime a baby crying too. Lol, your shoes off made it better. Great place! So cool to see using an abandoned place to repurpose it to help bring it back into the community! 💗🐱

The look of the interior of the old school was pretty awesome. When I was in school I fell asleep at the desk. A bed would have been nice.
A school I went to briefly here in Portland is now a bed and breakfast. It’s one of many old historical buildings in the state of Oregon owned and operated by a pair of brothers that have been converted. The school I went to is also known to be haunted and is a theater and a brew-pub as well as a functioning hotel. Can’t remember any supernatural things happening there, but it was a long LONG time ago. Heard voices several times in the video, but I suppose they could’ve been other guests. The footsteps while you were looking down into the unused area was the part that really gave me chills. Might be a good place to do a ghost-box session.

This was really cool! Love to see an old abandoned place restored :) I watched very carefully when you put the camera down for a few minutes, heard some things like banging and what sounded like walking. But the one thing that really got me was the shadow going from left to right in the archway after the whistling...the shadow was at 16:34.

Great idea glad they're doing this to this old building. They should do more just as they close and make apartments out of them (bigger schools). At least a place to rent cheap til you can save and upgrade. I wonder if that little room half up stairs was a counselor office.
What a great use for an old school! So much better to repurpose such a building then leave it to rot and get vandalised by morons.
When you thought you heard the sound of a baby crying, I heard that too. Not sure about the other sounds. Buildings do tend to make more noise than you think, even when there is nobody there. plumbing, air con, general building settling, night watchman/staff, sound of things cooling down.
You looked knackered the next morning Jon, but you were up really late. I'll bet there was part of you still listening at some level for something unusual.

That is a great idea! I love it. It looks like a hostile almost! Honestly, they had little to do. Schoolrooms are naturally soundproofed, and really a large space for a hotel room.

Really impressed with what they did with that school .... beautiful. There are so many schools in this country that can be turned into so many things , like a homeless center . I'm really loving the historical places you visit and becoming another huge fan. The noises were unbelievable , the baby crying was heartbreaking. Love your videos Jon .
What an awesome place. Wasn't aware it existed. You always find the most unusual & unique pkaces to investigate. Help spread the idea that abandoned structures do have potential. Not only do you get a great investigation out of it, get people's attention to go visit.

I went to a school in the 6th grade that was supposed to be haunted. I remember being in class and jumping to the sound of a door slamming down the hall
I think the stairwell office was probably the student counselors office. Great video, love how they saved this building. Would have loved to seen the gym.

While its a very cool location and i love what theyve done with the place, it is currently an active and operating B&B/hotel. The fact is, hotel room doors aren't exactly sound proof. Walk down the halls of any hotel and you'll hear bits and pieces of conversations, babies fussin, things like that. Very cool place, definitely possibly haunted, but nothing in this video that suggests that. Great video though Jon.

Its a cool place
They recently converted one of the original high schools in metro area to a one bedroom apartment complex. It’s was from 1930s so it’s got a real cool Art Deco style.

Carpet bagger getting startled...LOL. The town where I grew up had on of their old schools like that turned into senior living apartments. Great way to save history and put it to use too.

Approximately 18:30 - I have headphones on, kinda of sounded like a baby crying. However, the place seems to be well occupied so I would not think much of sounds being anything other than human related; tv's, conversations, movements, etc.
I heard that cry as well was so clear! Probably could be peeps staying there like you say.

I heard quite a bit and some of it could be workers burning the midnight oil or cleaners. For sure heard the baby crying and the squeaking of your shoes cracked me up. Great video. I enjoyed it!
What a great idea for a B&B . I heard a few things but hard to tell if maybe the noises were coming from people in the rooms or not. I dont think that would have been the teachers lounge as it has glass doors. Great video. Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤
