Whereas I see the harm of the shame spiral, part of feeling bad about the situation was also wanting to impart love and care to your viewers during the webinar and that you felt your presentation didn't reflect that like you wanted. Feeling ashamed is not good, but feeling a little bad about that is part of loving people and wanting to show it to the utmost. Your love for your fellow people shows through clearly on a daily basis and I am so glad to have come across your channel some years ago!
