    Always remember that if you can wake up, eat 3 meals, have a nice car, and have a roof over your head you must be grateful because there are so many people around the world that don’t have the luxury to live like you. And it’s so sad because it’s not like they’re lazy, it’s because they don’t have the opportunities or means to just live comfortably!

      In fact they said exactly the opposite of superiority. They said that it’s not because they are lazy but because of a lack of resources.

    The first time I saw those "mud cookies" was in a documentary about the old Soviet Union just after the break up. People, particularly women, would eat a certain mud pie mix. It turned out they ate the mud which was rich in minerals the body needs...magnesium, potassium, salt, etc... This is done all over the world where the nutritional needs are not met by the local diet. It is smart and a way to survive.

      The dirt for those "cookies" comes from the Central Plateau in the interior of the country at a higher elevation where apparently they've been sourcing it for a very long time, originally for supposedly supplementing the diets of pregnant women with minerals. Is it good, no. Is it good for you, definitely not. Should you eat it hell no. But it's also not just random dirt picked off the ground. At least if what the lady says is true.

You trashed it, never built one single road or bridge. Didn't lay down one single railway track. Why can't Haitians do anything themselves ? I know, cuz racism.

    • @classtime9873
      @classtime9873 7 месяцев назад

      @@russianthotbot6997 we were given??? Haitians never received anything that would actually help them be productive. Every single racist nation would make sure that nothing happens in Haiti no matter how much money is sent by putting corrupt people in charge and protecting them until these corrupt people realize that they are trashing their own country. Haiti becoming productive would be a menace for people like you as being the first free black nation. Many other black nations would be inspired by Haiti and would become productive themselves, which would’ve been devastating to white nations. White racist nations cannot survive without chaotic African nations because most of their goods come from these nations. It’s another form of slavery, they used to take their boats to drag people out of their homes to work, now they make their homes a hell so they won’t have no choice but to risk their lives to come to them. (And of course give people like you bragging rights to make you think you’re better and you should shit on weaker ones without knowing what exactly is happening)

You must master the art of controlling and positioning yourself to catch the shot and tell the story. Same with the music. You are the outsider welcomed to gain knowledge and understanding of their story. Don't ask the locals to change or fine tune their actions for "sound." The gangs are out of control. The government has no control and the people of Haiti have to rise up and take back control of their beautiful country. I have done missions in Haiti since 2011 and I even built a home and school there, but it is too dangerous to try and go back and help. Even when we send supplies it is stolen..We must pray and hope to God that someone honest and in power can help, before the bandits completely destroy Haiti for good!!🙏🏾

    Haiti 🇭🇹 has always been in my heart but something has to be done…
    There’s no way in 2024 anyone in the world 🌎 should have to live this way it literally breaks my heart..
    If you know of any Haitian’s that we can donate directly to please make a video with information…
    Thank you for sharing this and I’m praying for Sean’s release as well… ❤️🙏🏾🇭🇹

    Oh my gosh, eating dirt cookies and burying your loved ones in your yard like a damn cat. That poor woman, and having 8 kids sleeping in that 1 room shack. She also needs antibiotics, not rancid water for her infected cut.

    I've never in my life seen anything like this video and I'm so grateful to Chris.
    It got me thinking. We eat vegetables that are grown in the earth and its down to the quality of the earth that our vegetables rely. As humans we are no different. Earth that is pure and pesticide /bug free is not bad for you. Salt, butter and that all important Maggi cube can make this bearable to eat. I'd rather eat ten of those than feel the growl of hunger in my tummy. And that lady has had 10 children! She got under that bed like an elite soldier! Sometimes less is more. We don't need fancy food. We should eat to live, not live to eat. Thank you for reminding me of the importance of adaptability and survival.
