It was a sunny Friday morning on the 29th september in 2023. At 11:11 am a tech review was created to show the differences between the 2 logitech vertical mices. I think, it was 71° Fahrenheit outside. Spotify delivered some soothing background music. What happened at 3:00 ?^^ Anyways...thanks for the comparison. Lift it is! I may add, that the premium feel rubber coating will disintegrate over time. The premium feel will change to a sticky mess, creating a dent/hole into the coating, where the finger rests. Rubber coating is the insurance for mice producers, that customers will replace their mice every few years (depending on usage). God, i hate that rubber coating crap...
Really solid video! Very clean and professional and generally very well made. Although the mixing on the audio is somewhat questionable. The voiceover leans heavily to the left, if you use something like laptop speakers or something similar to do your audio mixing, Id suggest using earbuds or headphones in the future. Cheers dude!
The lift is really comfortable for me as my hands are not that big. Sadly, the left button starts to not register sometimes when clicked after just 8 months. I have to send it for a replacement.
Your connectivity section only talks about the old-school USB receivers. The MX Verticle supports up to three remembered Bluetooth pairings, with a button on the bottom allowing you to cycle through the three pairings. I would've loved to hear if the Lift has the same
I just measured it and 3 credit cards is 6.375 inches which would be small but they claim 3 credit cards is between 6.9 and 7.5 inches and is medium, very strange?
@@omarberbar hey, it's all right, I was expecting to have a full grip but instead the tips of my fingers stick out a little. Using it like that means you have to click with the lower part of your fingers (just where the first joints are located). I didn't get used to that so I use it in a more "claw" position.
Unfortunately vertical is a bit old and i hope that they will come out with a second version because i wanna get an ergo mouse as a replacement for my master 3s
My MX Vertical Ergo Mouse is currently multi clicking. I click the left click once, and it does a multi click for no reason. I cannot highlight a specific word or sentence without it highlighting all the words. This mouse is super annoying at the moment. I'm wondering if it has a fix to the multiple clicks problem?
Found that my MX A 3 had the same problem with the right click, so far I fixed it by prying open the surface at the front and using tweezers to take out an apparently broken piece of plastic. Perhaps yours has a similar problem. I recommend looking up guides on how to open this because it may not be the same.
Those two extra buttons on the left - I'm surprised they (Logitech) haven't used a much better placement - up and down from the user's thumb. Some manufacturers do ot this way - the only design for me to consider to buy. And to be honest, this review sounds a bit confusing and a person making it doesn't really know what criteria to apply when comparing the mouses (the only thing he seems to notice is the size - bigger hand - bigger mouse, smaller hand - smaller mouse, a deep wisdom)
i am wondering the same. I have medium size as well (more like 18 cm than 19) but a normal mouse feels to small in my hand. Then again, I don't consider my hands huge
@@omarberbar I ended up buying the MX Vertical and I like using it on my keyboard tray. My elbow is at 90 degrees and my hand sits on top of the mouse. My palm doesn't touch the mousepad. If I try to use the Vertical on the desk itself, my hand slips down to the mousepad and then it feels weird to use the Vertical. I could definitely see the Lift being the better choice for that case. I don't use the thumb buttons at all and I will say that the screen wheel middle mouse click requires a bit too much effort.
I don't know why people would ever buy a mouse with anything rubber on it. It always becomes a grey paste after a year of use and literally exposes the plastic below... Ugh...
I think the OP meant that the reviewer didn't give actual measurement of his hand. He only said that the MX vertical was harder to use for him because he didn't have large hands, but without giving actual measurement it's pointless because large hands in Japan is different than large hands in Finland@@carlosmedina5183
actually a god tier review wtf no bs at all
I appreciate the sound test, which was a deal breaker for me

hahaha nice catch!
It would have been nice if you had stated clearly if your hands are categorized as small or as medium according to the reference sheet.
yea this is the only thing missing

I believe they call that “planned obsolescence.” *sigh*

Great review mate. Actually saved me from making a purchase I'd regret with MX Vertical. Logitech Lift all day long.
Hey, thanks for clean review. I was wondering whether I should try the MX Vertical, but I decided to keep the Lift because of the silent buttons.
Yeah it's a good mouse, I started using the lift as my primary mouse now. Started having some wrist issues and ditched my Logitech MX Master 3s
@@kova_techthanks for the report. This comment sealed the deal for me. Appreciate the video and feedback!
@@kova_tech isn't the MX master 3 vertical as well? Did you have any issues with it? Thanks!
Hello. I would like to know if this mouse can be used on two computers at the same time?@@kova_tech
@@vicentebchaconyou probably found the answer by now but it can pair to 3 devices.
The Logi Vertical MX mouse, I've had to replace it twice in a year because the left button keeps breaking. It's sealed shut and can't be repaired.
I don't like that my pinky drags on my mouse mat, I have small hands and still find it dragging
what about the sensors?
Thanks for the review!
U had answered to all my questions in 5 minutes!🎉

Did you meet issues with accidental left button double clicking? There are many complaints according to difficulty forums
thank you so much this review really helped me!! i have small hands i was ABOUT to buy the big one and it would have been an error
that was a great review Kova, thank you!

I have the lift. It does
Thank you for your sincere review. Now i know how to decide on my purchase. Thank you so much again.
thank you for saving me time and no talking bs in the entire vid. New subscriber and one more like to your channel.
How does this mouse compare to the logitech master 3s
I just measured it and 3 credit cards is 6.375 inches which would be small but they claim 3 credit cards is between 6.9 and 7.5 inches and is medium, very strange?
Yeah, same here. Must be Swiss credit cards :D My hand is 19cm and it's 3,5 card long. I'm going for Lift.
@@GracDonarski hey how did the lift go with you ? I am a 19 cm hand guy too

@@GracDonarski You would have been better off with the Vertical. I'm 19cm too and its almost perfect (19.5 would be perfect)
Great, precise review. Well done man!
They even have a left-handed version, so cool!!
Hey bro, thank you for this amazing review! May I know the size of your hand, please?
Thanks for the solid review, friend!
Amazing review, thanks !!!

What is the length of your hand. Mine is 19cm/7.5in so I am right at the border of large. I am wondering if I should get the Lift still.
No

Thank you for the reply man it really helps
Thank you so much!
Nice video. Thanks
Logitech Lift is cool
i want it with a horizontal scroll
If I'm not mistaken the Lift can save up to 3 device connection whereas the Vertical only one, correct?
Wich model have more durable scroll wheel?
No large size left-handed MX mouse in existence.
thank you so much!
Glad I could help!
@4:54 you mean "MX Vertical" :)
You need some food? I got plenty I'm always too busy to make. They said a couple the 2 smaller girls I seen in videos online aren't with us anymore
His grip is crazy 🥵
Why on earth did they put an AA battery in the Lift. Thats so stupid.
Very Nice video
if they would just make the vertical for lefties.
I don't know why people would ever buy a mouse with anything rubber on it.

Thanks Bro 🧒🧒
MX Vertical kinda looks a bit ugly with its grey straight top
I prefer the curved one, looks better
holy fuck, both of them are so expensive for me 😬
@@newbie8051 😂
MX Vertical is more expensive and have no silent button. What a shit.
Batteries in a mouse is a no-no for me :D
