You have one hell of a nice Chevy to start off with. Make it yours and own it forever. Year round good weather... you got it made. Name it after your daughter.....
Just got some visors for my 71' c10, glad to know I'm not the only one who struggles with things that should be simple. It would help if these sellers provided a installation guide with the product. Nice car for sure. Thanks for the video.
Hey William. You have a beautiful car. I like the blanket in the car as well. Your car will make a great LOW RIDER. The eyelids look great Amigo. Thanks for sharing.🍁👍👍
you have to remove the ring that holds the headlight put the eyelid on top of the headlight then put the ring back on.now you can put the headlight cover on. hope this helps.
recommend pulling the choke a bit when starting up the car from a cold start, that is the equivalent of you pressing the gas to warm it up, that’s what it’s for. as for the gauges, get step downs from 12v to 6v, that is how you can get all the gauges to work on 12v. much love from california!
It would start a lot better even with a little bit of choke. Have you thought of changing out the points and putting in an electronic conversion in it? That could help it to start easier also. An absolute sweet looking ride! Cheers
William Aline your eye lid with the inside of the ring, make sure it seats evenly on the ring, and start tightening the bottom screw of the ring as you tighten the ring will hold on the ring. Saludos!
You should only have to pump it once man. Maaaaaybe twice if it's been sitting for a while. I drive my '51 Belair year round, such as today. It started right up in 29° weather. Definitely pull the choke all the way out then push it in about a quarter inch in warm weather, or all the way out in cold. Also if you want to look into shipping I have my original 235 and powerglide rear (3.55 gears) I'm selling
Fix the radio gas gauge etc first before bagging her. If you put 14’s on it she’ll ride lower and look sleeker without bagging. Just my two cents William.
Please for the love of God pull the choke when you start the car it closes off the vacuum and provides fuel to the carburetter so you don’t need to pump it 15 times nearly only one time will do it

I bet when they converted it to 12v they burned out the gas gauge
I hope these two are safe in recent events

The car is beautiful just as it is. You'd be foollish to lower it or alter it in anyway.
So sad that you are going to ruin an American untouched classic by lowering it and adding those bad eyelids. Damned shame.
Keep it original please , lowered cars are common. unaltered vintage cars are special
You don't know what your doing. Don't screw that nice car up.
if you drop it you will ruin it
