Our cats like to go around screaming at about 1-2 am. All I imagine is this happening, but its in the elder scrolls, so its just some fuzzy dude with an accent screaming in the middle of the night, waking up all the neighbours

Li’Arrzn has to be a NPC companion or able to bond with by doing side-quests and build a great friendship throughout the campaign, you just go visit and talk about your progress as in getting my hair fixed up or being patched up.
