Hey I've been listening to your content for some years now (like 7ish at this point?), and I just wanted to let you know that you've helped me out so much with my anxiety and trouble falling asleep. Whatever you're up to, I hope you're taking care of yourself and doing well. I can't overstate how much I appreciate your library of audios and I still come back every now and then to indulge in some classics, so yeah thank you!
