One of the connected string is damage & is coming in contact with earth , you need to check individual string , when the fault come for floating values , i.e +ve to Earth & -ve to Earth
No Sir, I checked it in SCB with respect to Positive bus bar to Ground and also Negative busbar to Ground.I done this whe all fuses is closed.MCCB is in OFF condition.

usually LA comes with lab tested report , along with its tested strike counter , the only thing we test is the tri vector earthing
