Quite an overview! Good to see Notino still around in Europe. Seems like more and more online discounters are appearing every couple of years here in North America, although there are some redundancies.
I just received Island Lush by Goldfield & Banks today. It is really good. At first I literally felt like I was on a tropical beach next to a lush tropical forest. It is amazing how they created that experience. Then, it gets that play dough smell that you get with scents like Le Lion, in a good way and with a tropical twist. Then the tropical fruit smells come out after a few hours, but are subtle. This is not a boring scent. It is really beautiful. Get your nose on it
Also as regard to parfum dreams i had a terrible experience with them tried ordering two bottles of creed for excellent price and about a month later still nothing so i called them and the item was out of stock and they dont even inform you or offer a refund. I would never use them again for anything after that.
All Beauty seem pretty consistent in their pricing. Notino change their prices and when they are on offer can be superb but when they aren't they will push the prices right up. So for example Bentley for Men Intense could vary with them from £20 to over £50. My Origines are not as consistently cheap over all items as All Beauty say, but on selected items one can save a lot (eg 150 ml of Dior Homme Intense cost me £77 with them. By far cheaper than anyone else). Finally a quick mention for Brand Alley who have some stunning prices on Floris and Miller Harris at the moment
So is it safe to assume my origines sell genuine fragrances? I just got my Y edp 100ml from them for a decent price and I’m very happy with it but I was just wondering if/ how you know they sell genuine fragrances? (I should mention I blind purchased it so I have no real reference of how it should smell) Thanks 🙏
Notino in Italy is fantastic and so reasonable. I live in Lisbon Portugal and they can’t be beat as far as pricing and delivery. Way cheaper than Sephora.
MakeUp is a good place to get frags too. Can you do a review of Verset perfumes? They make clones and they are based in UK. I would like to hear an opinion from a pro. thanks
TK Max is a mad one..I’ve been there and all they had was David beckham and low end designer fragrances then the next time I went only a few months later they had YSL opium and M7 oud..aqua di parma and couple of Dior fragrances..hit or miss
Have bought multiple times from about 90% of these companies and never had an issue with any orders. I would also add Pocket scents as a company to trust.
I agree with all your recommendations apart from My Origines. They are fine all the time there are no problems but if you do have a problem which in my case, sent wrong size, customer support was rubbish eg not answering calls, very long delays to Emails etc. Maybe I was unlucky.
I'd avoid Parfums dreams. A couple of times ordered from them and whilst they did eventually turn up, both times took around a month to come and had to dispute the transactions via PayPal to get them to ship the fragrances.
Not been smart but some of the Lidl/Aldi fragrances haven’t decent clones,I picked up a clone of Aqua di Gio in my local Lidl and I couldn’t tell the difference . Their version of Hugo Boss Bottled is quiet nice as well
im tryna find the answer for that too, its got loads of good reviews but some people say its a scam but ive already purchased jpg le beau le parfum, ill update you if it arrives lmao
I think the only negative with discounters is you often get fragrances that are older. Example: the two PDMs I got were 18 and 24 months old. That might be an issue for some, but if stored properly it shouldn't be an issue.
Notino maybe sells already opened Parfums which have been sprayed once and send back and can’t be selled like this anymore. So they repack them and tada
@@EeBee97 that’s not true if you live in the EU. You have the right to test them and can send them back, that’s law and German courts already judged that way. But maybe not in your country.
I wouldn't buy off Amazon unless I was really desperate . Might be due to how they store them in warehouses but the same ones I've used in past had much worse performance .
Chris, please do a pharmacy clone review because some of them are immense! i bought Verset Ikal parfum for £9 in my local chemist.. mate, its an identical clone to Armani Acqua Di Gio, and it lasts three times longer. I wish i was joking but im not. I have both and done a comparison
Have a place here Florida called Perfume Express that sells online as well, niche brands, designer, you name it for pretty cheap. Check then out. Great work by the way, you inspire me to create fragrances and RUclips. Appreciate you man 👍🏽
@@Nish_M I have Chopard Oud Malaki. Unfortunately, it is my least favorite in my modest collection so it gets little time. I was just trying to see if I was alone in that cause a few people seem to like it but not love it.
You need to be careful of Notino, sometimes they are more expensive. If you see a frag you like and put it in your cart whilst it's on offer they honour that price when you check out, even if the price has gone back up. As for Perfume Parlour, they must be paying this guy a fortune to say they're any good. I bought one from them and it smells like WD40 in perfumers alcohol. Not even any good as a bathroom freshener, it was supposed to be Creed Royal Princess, you may as well flush your money down the toilet, result would smell better too.
I opened the video and comment immediately. I dont like designer fragrances. Awful choice and cost way higher than actual cost of production. Overpriced for real so I am in period of finding local or small businesses that can provide me great quality but price to be fair.
I would add Visionary Fragrances to the list of trusted places to sample fragrances. Good selection of designer and niche, good service, good product. UK based.
Love this! Been watching fragrance videos for a while now and wondered how I could afford them and now you've told me how - thank you so much.
Notino, all beauty and boots are my usual goto sites Chris.
I agree with keeping a close eye on short term deals on these and other sites aswell.
