This is a great and very accurate list of best clones, however those clone prices should be nearly double what the video shows due to all the hype! I understand that prices fluctuate but the prices of these clones have risen so to anyone viewing this list, don't be fooled by the estimated prices in the video....expect to pay alot more than expected but also understand that the clones you're buying, even though the prices will be higher than this video, will still be much cheaper than the fragrances they are attempting to "clone" or copy. Just my observation!

To me YSL Y EDP is the real beast mode fragrance and is much better than Lattafa. I use oriental perfumes from Afnan, Lattafa, Rasasi etc and some are superior to the great brands.
I would say that, in general, the original is better than the clone, but, as you say, there can be exceptions. Clones are good alternatives when you don't want to spend a lot on a perfume because, at the end of the day, whether you wore Aventus or Club de nuit intense man, both do the job equally well. Of course, wearing Aventus gives you a boost of confidence because you know you're wearing a $300 perfume.
I'd like to ask where you got those prices. If you'd like to share the link or something, because the last one in 20 bucks... I've never seen it, but I'd like to take advantage of it.

It's a great fragrance though and I can see men pulling it off. I love sweet scents like SWY Intensely/Absolutely, JPG Le Male Le Parfum, etc.. But this is a different kind of sweet to my taste. But hey, many people would disagree with me and I know a lot of men who wears it. You can still sell it or return it if you buy from a shop where they accept returns.

Asad smells like Sauvage Elixir only to the most unexperienced noses. Asad has a shitload of vanilla, Elixir has none. As much as I like a good clone, the only good clones out of this list are: D̶e̶t̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶N̶o̶i̶r̶, Afnan 9 PM, Amber Oud Tobacco Edition. All other ones can be easily smelled apart from their original. Edit: I have been informed that Detour Noir has sadly been reformulated and was now able to confirm it myself. Detour Noir in the black and silver box smells like Layton, Detour Noir in the all silver box smells like Boss Bottled in powerful. I am unsure why Al Haramain would change the composition of such a perfect copy, but it is indeed the case. If you still got the black/silver box version, cherish it.
You can tell the difference when smelling it, but once you wear others cannot tell it. My roommate bought CDNIM I can easily tell the difference from Aventus, but once he wears it, if you don't know it is the cheapy you really cannot tell if he is wearing Aventus or the clone
Yeah but the performance is bad. I returned it and stayed with mandarin sky. I like that much much better. (JPG - Scandal clone) - Very close to scandal, like 90-95%. Performance is not like scandal and projection either. But as a clone it's pretty damn good for the price.
