one thing to add to the important switch canceling of his mercy and death messenger:
not only does it increases your dps and concerto gain across your team, it also prevents the attack from being interrupted and makes him take no damage during the switch.
sorry, maybe im dumb but what is "swtich canceling" and how do you do it?
@@moonchild1882 lots of attack and skill animations can be "canceled" out of when you switch to another character. As an example we have calcharo with his lengthy animations on his mercy and death messenger attacks. When you start up the attack, as soon as calcharo turns around animationwise, you can switch to another character just like you do regularly and immediately take action with that, while calcharo remains on the field and completes his attack before he despawns or you switch back to him. while the character is on the field, but you're not in control of him, he becomes immune to damage and interruptions. another huge benefactor of doing this, is encore with her very long animations and attacks.

Actually tempest Memphis echo is better than thunder Memphis cuz thunder need to deal 6 atacks and it's taking a lot time also it can be canceled and u have to hit enemy cuz u will didn't get buff thats tempest Memphis has only 2 atacks

i would prioritace resonant skill over basic attack as u would probably want to e 3 times forte circuit switch and com back when u have e again.
i've read in other guides that the 3 cost flautist is a good main echo for calcharo because of the easy quick swap and decent buffs, tho im not sure if the buffs stay when swapping
flautist was changed with 1.0 release. deals much less damage and can't be switch cancelled anymore. tempest mephis with the quick 2 part combo is his go to echo.
You can cancel phantom thundering memphis now and still get full bufd
if u pair with jianxin u no need to quick swap that bc u gonna lose your 38% liberation dmg buff from her immediately and jianxin had no damage.
Not necessarily but if he missed his heavy then he lose all his dps lol
ive seen people test it and overall quick swapping it properly with a good jianxin still offered more dps that not quickswapping the heavies

I am using verina in my first jiyan team and i dont have jianxin . What should i do now? I should use the crayo girl right . But who else

You can Spam his n1 with t cancel and that allows you to do more heavy attacks his burst

The liberation attacks are NOT liberation dmg. They ate considered basic attack dmg.
The heavy attack Death messenger in it is considered Resonance Liberation DMG.

Basic Attack is replaced with Basic Attack Hounds Roar. Dodge Counter deals increased damage, considered as Resonance Liberation damage.
Hounds Roar
Perform up to 5 consecutive attacks, dealing Electro DMG, considered as Basic Attack Damage.
Heavy Attack: "Death Messenger"
When Calcharo has 5 "Killing Intent", his Basic Attack is replaced with Heavy Attack "Death Messenger". When casting Heavy Attack "Death Messenger", Calcharo consumes 5 "Killing Intent" to deal Electro DMG, considered as Resonance Liberation damage, and recovers Resonance Energy and Concerto Energy.
so as you can see, his ult is basically 5 hits of hounds roar which is basic atk dmg and 1 hit of death messenger which is ult dmg.
From what i have understood and seen so far it is that, in a ratio the liberation dmg is about double of the basic atk dmg during his ultimate, so you could say by dmg comparison jianxing offers better boost, but sanhua's energy generation is better so it might be more efficient when wanting to change turns and do her combo again instantly, but jianxing offers a bit more survivability.
Since it is,
lvl 1 (x) and lvl 10 (y). (x/y)
activation of liberation = liberation dmg (300% / 596.43%)
death messenger = liberation dmg (491.79%/977.68%)
5x hounds of roar = basic atk (475.51%/937.35%)
death messenger = liberation dmg (491.79%/977.68%)
5x hounds of roar = basic atk (475.51%/937.35%)
death messenger = liberation dmg (491.79%/977.68%)
so in the end the total dmg is,
from basic dmg, 951.02% / 1874.7%
from liberation dmg, 1775.37% / 3529.47%
@@Silverless_99 yea, from a pure outro buff perspective, Jianxing has the stronger buff. But if your Sanhua is actually geared and leveled, she deals a crazy amount of damage with her full combo, while Jianxing can hardly do that, maybe only coming close when she has her ult up, which she def has not as often as Sanhua. The shields and thus healing are also a non factor, since you will never channel her forte, like ever. The 2nd endgame tower of adversity (not the first tutorial one) does feature lots of aoe encounters though with silly movement mobs, so Jianxing can have great value there, while Sanhua 100% always takes the cake against bosses or packs you can control without Jianxing's pulling abilities.

Hey its better to use 4/4/1/1/1 echos. Tempest mephis as main crit rate, then thundering mephis as crit damage, then any atk% 1 echo. Mephis is better cause its shorter animation.
Lol no dude 🤣, the best DMG scaler is 43311, your need the additional 60% element DMG, I already tried 44112 it feels so LACKLUSTER
@@liftingturtle1055 theres no 2 echo, 4/4/1/1/1 is end game build, make sure you have 60% crit rate. If not it wont work, even CN players recommend that echo set up on calcharo. Look it up. I tried it works.
Nope, 43311 is more powerful, because the 3 cost echoes can give Elemental Damage %, which is a separate multiplier.
44111 is good as a starting set, because it is MUCH easier and quicker to farm. But eventually you want to switch over to 43311
