Feeling like I am a part of the conversaion, and learning from it
"when you have the mind set of a capitalist you don't need money"
I read the Rich Dad Poor Dad book back in 2012, I was 20 at the time. I became dead set on working for myself and began the following year at 21 with purchasing a mom and pop dog grooming business and made 6 figures that first year. Fast toward 7 years later and now I own several pieces of CASHFLOWING real estate, multiple real estate notes and have already sold millions in real estate! I'm teaching my 14 years sister how to flip houses, wholesale, subject to's and notes to pass it on... that book was catalyst for me becoming a Entrepreneur.
Assets > Liabilities
I hope whoever is watching this and sifting through the comments on this video wanting to grow and establish something for them and there family reads this and knows... YOU are the next in line. CHEERS TO YOUR FUTURE AMIGO'S🍻
Mike Alpharoux. Thanks for sharing your story .how much money did you start out with when you made that purchase? Thanks :-)
did you go out and get a loan to buy the mom and pop shop?
Mike Alpharoux I needed hear this! 💯
@@MR-fl6ul I actually raised private capital, I only had $150 to my name. I had no credit, no assets and a horrible DTI. The guy who loaned me the money was asking for 33% interest, which I didn't know at the time was illegal according to Dodd Frank. Unbeknownst to me I took it anyways, and paid it off in 6 months. I'd rather buy real estate now, because it has a plethora of acquisition/disposition strategies and you can raise your own capital yet again to do it and keep the cashflow and the deed in the end which I like.
Mike Alpharoux yea 33% is super high, but it worked out. Would you suggest working normal and saving and bank loan for the rest?

I've never seen Robert kiyosaki have so much fun in an interview. The was really refreshing to watch. We mostly know him from well established interviewers but here he was very relaxed. Very good job to the interviewer. U have inspired out of kiyosaki a very different but entertaining conversation. Ill subscribe like and wait for the next video
PiProfit I was literally thinking the same thing! Very awesome interview!
Very open and free minded man. I love him.
It's refreshing having someone who can keep the dialogue going and ask intelligent questions that resonate with person they're interviewing
My cumulative ROI peaked over $250k on the last week of my trading cycle, I'm so sorry excited, bought 3 commodities at $50k, held throughout cash, back to even now. I almost panic sold my Portfolio.
I plan putting my capital behind one commodity, SQ seems to be snowing some great prospect.
It's balance sheet are pretty good but you could set up your portfolio to accommodate more commodities,

I'll look into these choices.
I read his Rich Dad Poor Dad book in 2009 first time. After that I tried my best to buy three rental houses. All of them have gone up 30-50%. Rents cover everything and pay down equity 20k per year. I wish I would have read his book in 20s.
Can you share more? Like what types of properties did you start with? What was the current economy like when you purchased these properties? I like to really understand the early steps.

Hello, Kiddo Kim. Wrapping-up feedback: You know what? I never know you and your show before but always see Kiyosaki shows his face in tons of shows including his own here and there. Generally speaking, I score your podcast with Robert is the best and score A in this podcast. Well, I have had listened quite many Robert's talk show. But I would say 1)95% among what Robert's talked to you are BRAND NEW and I never hear before.2) You personally gave good opening questions during the interviewing 3) we are oriental ethnic background and understanding each other culture better including Robert so I never see Robert that kind relaxing and seemed chatting with a good oldie friend that I never knew that Rich Dad is a Chinese till this time. So you nail it :) Kiddo. 4) you know how to pull the conversation back to the theme of the topic 5) you also threw some question about how to do with some money for young generation and future education. 6) Robert kept on saying in objective that each one is different and so as the personality style in investment. I totally agree. Anyway, for all of your interviewing already collected in my YT as another PERSONAL TEXTBOOK. hahaha... Tell you what? I gave 98/100. That you forgot to have a self-introducing opening. But no worry, still good enough. And don't forget I can tell your father poured some investment on you even though he failed in his career life. So what? At least he did one thing right. I bet you will win back your future, because I know my eyes. Thanks a lot for this video and wish you ................................This video reach 1M then 1B soon............................:) STF from Down Under in isolation. Hahaha.....................
I've been following Robert for many years and NEVER knew he did martial arts until this interview!
Loved the discussion about how life experiences are actually more important than being monetarily rich. Good interview and thanks.
Can't choose your neighbors unless you buy the block.
did that!
I’m finding that Robert’s breakdown of the manipulation of money through time is outstanding. Currently reading his book (rich dad, poor dad) and I find that he helps you develop the perfect foundation as to understanding what true wealth is and how to go about it. Although, if you are expecting specific answers, you won’t find it, but he’ll point you at the right direction.
Robert seems more relaxed and animated in this interview than usual. Great interview!
Love Robert ! Thanks for serving this country respect to a OG! Going to finish the interview later!
"If you want to be an employee, go to school, go to college. If you want to be an entrepreneur, I don't know where you go."
Of COURSE you do!
You go to a CASHFLOW meetup listed at Meetup.com !!! And if there's no meetup nearby, you can buy his board game(s) and start a meetup of your own!
(I say this because I learned a boatload of stuff playing the game at our city's Cashflow Game meetup! It helped me to play, then leave the meetup and later that day write down the most shocking thing I learned from that day's game play. Can't wait to go to the next Meetup to learn even more.)
@Ajoka Hzbey Kihalfelka Eyu : The commenter didn’t say that *he* himself didn’t know; he’s was quoting Robert from the video. It’s around the 16:00/17:00 min mark roughly.
My favorite part was "how fast do can you learn."🧠 It separates who uses their brain and who does not. #SurvivalOfTheFittestMindset 💯

Fantastic episode. Thanks. I would like robert to talk more about his "inside investing".
I do agree with king of cashflow robert kiyosaki. You don't need money to make money only things you need is strong financial education and experience. Money is an idea
More inclined to believe the rich guy on the vid not the guy in the comments bud
Listening to Kiyosaki is a new experience every time. He tells the same things with new perspective.
I know that a lot of workers will be laid off after this COVID-19 . So I think it is high time I started my investments.
The fear of unemployment ahead made me start my own investment and fortunately for me , I invested through PATRICE ANN ISABELLA with the sum of $45,000 and in less than one month now I have made profit of over $237,000 and I am still counting. I only sleep now and wake up to see my profits drop into my bank account. PATRICE is doing a great job!
I will like to do same too but where does she live?
Thanks for this great information and I was able to find her on the web already and I dropped a message for her.
She lives here in the States and you can always look her up on the web.

Probably one of the best interviews of Robert kiyosaki. Great job👏👏👏
We change our life by changing our paradigms
Big ambiguous words there you dont even understand
Ah Bob... another living legend!
Did you say "..an average person who's 25 has $50-$100,000 in savings.." ?!?! NO... Most 25 year olds are $50-$100,000 in debt.
That was my thought as well. I don't know any (non rich) 25yo who has stashed 50k.
That may be more realistic as an "average" for the intended audience of this video. These channels are usually aimed towards entrepreneur-like individuals who begin working at a young age, many of which drop out of college and save plenty of money (like the interviewee)
debt would be for a north american 25 yo maybe, it's depending on countries and systems :D
He never says what to do, he just says I cant tell you what to do. But really all he actually talks about is all the things that directly or indirectly sell his books. Everything outside of his books, is geared to making you want to buy and read his books, which them selves never really tell you what to do 'TO MAKE MONEY', just how to read the next book, which you have to buy and consequently make him rich, not you, just to keep you intrigued to read his books and buy his (next) merchandise (games) etc. He is a salesman selling his books, (he mixes kindness with selling) thats why he is deceptive.
James Pitt. If you really read his book then you would know he speaks, suggest - Real Esate. He's not going to come out and say - James Pitts start your own company doing/selling xyz or abc. If he did that and you failed or struggled you Could blame him for that. Robert usually says invest in real estate not stocks. Hopefully this was helpful and not negative.
Robert just says like it is on all topics, reality & great value!
It is not what a person stands for, it is what he is against.
what you stand for will surely tell me what you are against.
Give the man some water..

This title is wrong for the content. Nowhere in this whole video is mentioned how to make millions from this Coronavirus recession. He didn't even answer the last question on one tip to leave here with. Kind upset this wasted a lot of my time. You need to talk about what your title says.
true, he never says what to do, he just says i cant tell you what to do, but really all he actually talks about is all the things that directly or indirectly sell his books. everything outside of his books, is geared to making you want to buy and read his books, which them selves never really tell you what to do to make money. just how to read the next book, which you have to buy and consequently make him rich not you.
@@harunyahyadotorg Yeah, I'm sure the books offer some value, but they still need to talk about what the title says to not be misleading. Thank you.
He is super bright and definitely experienced in business. I like Roberts demeanor in this video. He typically has a very bay mouth and focuses on calling people stupid etc. He is much more of an educator in this interview and his passive approach makes him much more palatable. Love this video. The mello approach is a winner !
Tony Asbille He still called a bunch of people idiots and parroted slurs... I can’t imagine him being any worse than this, but I guess he can.
i literally just want to own a few properties or franchises so i can provide for my family and myself and create jobs or housing. Any advice?
I'm wanting the same thing. My understanding is starting to come full circle. I think understanding interest rate vs principle is important. H.E.L.OC is a strong resource. Getting properties even your own at a discounted rate immediately gives you equity. You can leverage that to create new property investments over and over again. I'm going to pay off a 70k property in 39 months on a tradition loan paying 2k a month. Paying 500 a month would take 360 months. After I will purchase 2 more homes. One with another traditional loan and the other with a heloc from the equity in the first home. Then another from second home after enough equity is built.. It will be an endless process to accumulate rental properties and even flips. To most is sounds crazy and risky to go into debt to create more debt. You take steps back to created huge leaps forward. Another key factor is understanding R.O.I return on investment. It should be at least 11% to 20%. Each home you rent a percentage of your tenant money has go into Vacany fund to keep the place a float for a few months if the rented leaves or is put out. Another part goes into home insurance, etc. The total you left is your R.O.I. if that doesnt add up then it's a no go. R.O.I and discounted purchases, area is the most important. All the properties must be calculated in a way that your getting a deal and not leave out anything you end up making a poor investment just cause you like a house. I'm no expert but just giving you my basic starting formula that I continue to tweak. In 8 years I will have enough passive income to stop punching the clock and just wait for real estate opportunities.
Buy gold and silver, buy after the crash
love your work.... I'm pumped to put MORE into my channel now.... thanks!
He had me at Standard Oil. That speaks volumes about what he learned.

I find it hard to research, I can’t form patterns in my brain because I’m autistic. In my country (UK), 78% of autistic people are unemployed. I’ve failed college 3 times and failed 3 job probations for crappy retail jobs. I’ve learned nothing. I don’t know how to learn from those experiences. In fact, I’ve lost £10k ($15k) in crypto and learned… nothing. I can’t socialise and network with normal people, let alone rich people, to learn the real secrets of wealth building. I can’t develop unique business ideas that will help me grow massive wealth, as I have no creativity. I truly believe some people are designed to suffer and be poor for their entire lives as they watch everyone else become rich and enjoy their lives.
Title was misleading..... but the banter was partially entertaining with Kiyosaki’s cringey statements. I can see how he is friends with Donald Trump; they’re both bombastic. Kiyosaki does offer some gems of ideas though, sprinkled amongst a vast field of uncomfortable comments.
