    I read the Rich Dad Poor Dad book back in 2012, I was 20 at the time. I became dead set on working for myself and began the following year at 21 with purchasing a mom and pop dog grooming business and made 6 figures that first year. Fast toward 7 years later and now I own several pieces of CASHFLOWING real estate, multiple real estate notes and have already sold millions in real estate! I'm teaching my 14 years sister how to flip houses, wholesale, subject to's and notes to pass it on... that book was catalyst for me becoming a Entrepreneur.
    Assets > Liabilities
    I hope whoever is watching this and sifting through the comments on this video wanting to grow and establish something for them and there family reads this and knows... YOU are the next in line. CHEERS TO YOUR FUTURE AMIGO'S🍻

      @@MR-fl6ul I actually raised private capital, I only had $150 to my name. I had no credit, no assets and a horrible DTI. The guy who loaned me the money was asking for 33% interest, which I didn't know at the time was illegal according to Dodd Frank. Unbeknownst to me I took it anyways, and paid it off in 6 months. I'd rather buy real estate now, because it has a plethora of acquisition/disposition strategies and you can raise your own capital yet again to do it and keep the cashflow and the deed in the end which I like.

    Hello, Kiddo Kim. Wrapping-up feedback: You know what? I never know you and your show before but always see Kiyosaki shows his face in tons of shows including his own here and there. Generally speaking, I score your podcast with Robert is the best and score A in this podcast. Well, I have had listened quite many Robert's talk show. But I would say 1)95% among what Robert's talked to you are BRAND NEW and I never hear before.2) You personally gave good opening questions during the interviewing 3) we are oriental ethnic background and understanding each other culture better including Robert so I never see Robert that kind relaxing and seemed chatting with a good oldie friend that I never knew that Rich Dad is a Chinese till this time. So you nail it :) Kiddo. 4) you know how to pull the conversation back to the theme of the topic 5) you also threw some question about how to do with some money for young generation and future education. 6) Robert kept on saying in objective that each one is different and so as the personality style in investment. I totally agree. Anyway, for all of your interviewing already collected in my YT as another PERSONAL TEXTBOOK. hahaha... Tell you what? I gave 98/100. That you forgot to have a self-introducing opening. But no worry, still good enough. And don't forget I can tell your father poured some investment on you even though he failed in his career life. So what? At least he did one thing right. I bet you will win back your future, because I know my eyes. Thanks a lot for this video and wish you ................................This video reach 1M then 1B soon............................:) STF from Down Under in isolation. Hahaha.....................

    He never says what to do, he just says I cant tell you what to do. But really all he actually talks about is all the things that directly or indirectly sell his books. Everything outside of his books, is geared to making you want to buy and read his books, which them selves never really tell you what to do 'TO MAKE MONEY', just how to read the next book, which you have to buy and consequently make him rich, not you, just to keep you intrigued to read his books and buy his (next) merchandise (games) etc. He is a salesman selling his books, (he mixes kindness with selling) thats why he is deceptive.

    This title is wrong for the content. Nowhere in this whole video is mentioned how to make millions from this Coronavirus recession. He didn't even answer the last question on one tip to leave here with. Kind upset this wasted a lot of my time. You need to talk about what your title says.

    • @harunyahyadotorg
      @harunyahyadotorg 4 года назад

      true, he never says what to do, he just says i cant tell you what to do, but really all he actually talks about is all the things that directly or indirectly sell his books. everything outside of his books, is geared to making you want to buy and read his books, which them selves never really tell you what to do to make money. just how to read the next book, which you have to buy and consequently make him rich not you.

    • @erastone100
      @erastone100 4 года назад +3

      I'm wanting the same thing. My understanding is starting to come full circle. I think understanding interest rate vs principle is important. H.E.L.OC is a strong resource. Getting properties even your own at a discounted rate immediately gives you equity. You can leverage that to create new property investments over and over again. I'm going to pay off a 70k property in 39 months on a tradition loan paying 2k a month. Paying 500 a month would take 360 months. After I will purchase 2 more homes. One with another traditional loan and the other with a heloc from the equity in the first home. Then another from second home after enough equity is built.. It will be an endless process to accumulate rental properties and even flips. To most is sounds crazy and risky to go into debt to create more debt. You take steps back to created huge leaps forward. Another key factor is understanding R.O.I return on investment. It should be at least 11% to 20%. Each home you rent a percentage of your tenant money has go into Vacany fund to keep the place a float for a few months if the rented leaves or is put out. Another part goes into home insurance, etc. The total you left is your R.O.I. if that doesnt add up then it's a no go. R.O.I and discounted purchases, area is the most important. All the properties must be calculated in a way that your getting a deal and not leave out anything you end up making a poor investment just cause you like a house. I'm no expert but just giving you my basic starting formula that I continue to tweak. In 8 years I will have enough passive income to stop punching the clock and just wait for real estate opportunities.

I’ve failed college 3 times and failed 3 job probations for crappy retail jobs. I’ve learned nothing. I don’t know how to learn from those experiences. In fact, I’ve lost £10k ($15k) in crypto and learned… nothing. I can’t socialise and network with normal people, let alone rich people, to learn the real secrets of wealth building. I can’t develop unique business ideas that will help me grow massive wealth, as I have no creativity. I truly believe some people are designed to suffer and be poor for their entire lives as they watch everyone else become rich and enjoy their lives.
