The CN Track Evaluation Train came to Halifax on Sunday 29 September 2013. It comprised GTW SD40-3 5949 and Test Car CN15008. It went down the Dartmouth Subdivision to the Dartmouth yards where the track was blocked by a string of autoracks. It then backed back to Windsor Junction before proceeding to Halifax and the Ocean Terminals where it turned and returned to Rockingham Yards for a crew break.

Thank you. Yes 20C is a reasonable September temperature for Halifax though we usually have a few night time frosts.
