how many milk, cream, sugar, gelatin, water and vanilla extract would you need for 11 people? and can we put this in the oven? if yes, can you tell me the measurements? 😅
i had to chill mine for much longer than 2 hours since it didn't set over that time i put it in the freezer for a little, and then put it back into the fridge overnight and that worked but the texture was still very breakable, and when you tried to pick a whole portion up it ripped
Omg...I tried it but it become 2 separate layer, on top is thicken cream and bottom is milk..why is that? One little jar I stir it before it set and put it into freezer, it works! Others too late to save! I try to make again and this time I put all into freezer straight away after about 20 mins it still separate into 2 layers but not as obvious as last time..omg..why so easy stuffs, I couldn’t successfully make it..bad kitchen skill must be
wrong procedure, wrong combination ratio - ie. introduce gelatine powder in to warm liquid (not room temperture/cold liquid into gelatine powder), vanilla extract used may be too much (half may be better)
