    I’ve already tried this recipe yesterday and yall it’s good! It’s like a mixture of pannacotta and pudding 😂💕 it’s kind of in between but overall i like it :) not too sweet either and it sets beautifully because of the amount of gelatin in there.

      Hi,boil the liquid until a little bubble appears it’s about 60-70 degrees.

    i had to chill mine for much longer than 2 hours since it didn't set over that time
    i put it in the freezer for a little, and then put it back into the fridge overnight and that worked
    but the texture was still very breakable, and when you tried to pick a whole portion up it ripped

    Panna cotta isn’t made with milk it’s made with cream that’s what panna cotta means cooked cream.

    Omg...I tried it but it become 2 separate layer, on top is thicken cream and bottom is milk..why is that? One little jar I stir it before it set and put it into freezer, it works! Others too late to save! I try to make again and this time I put all into freezer straight away after about 20 mins it still separate into 2 layers but not as obvious as last time..omg..why so easy stuffs, I couldn’t successfully make it..bad kitchen skill must be

    wrong procedure, wrong combination ratio - ie. introduce gelatine powder in to warm liquid (not room temperture/cold liquid into gelatine powder), vanilla extract used may be too much (half may be better)
