China's moon probe returns to Earth with first samples from the moon's far side

China's moon probe returned to earth Tuesday after its 53-day-long mission. Scientists are hoping the probe’s findings will answer questions about the geographic differences on the two sides of the moon.
The probe is the first to ever collect rock and soil samples from the far side of the moon, and Chinese scientists anticipate the return samples will include two million-year-old volcanic rock and other material.
