Thanks for the info... hopefully they added some sensitivity to micro gold targets for the beach....been testing some gold earrings want pick them up open as the Elite will. Even the Vanquish 540 will....
@southernrelicadventures Why do you run the recovery so high at 5? Especially when you lose depth and a recovery of 3 is very fast for most situations. Seems like you're sacrificing depth for not much separation gain. 3 seems to be the sweet spot for most people, with a good balance of speed and depth.
@ we run it high due the amount of iron and trash in the ground running lower recovery will not unmask targets. These sites that I hunt are littered with colonial hand forged square nails. Sometimes these sites stretch for 300-400 yds of carpet full of nails. But if your site is not that bad then yes you run a little lower recovery and pick up some deeper targets. These are just examples and I encourage people to set up their machines to be suited to the site they are hunting. Good luck out there ! ✅👍😊

For relic sites I love Field and M2 recovery of 5 , IF 1-2, 2 tones or pitch 👍

M3 is good for modern trashy sites and Park program. DT setting 1-2, IF 1-2, BC site dependent again a lot of it is based on your site , Recovery 4-5
