Im getting severe bruises on my wrist and fist, but it doesn't hurt, what should i do ( serving this way helps alot) but the bruising gets worse and worse
This is the wrong teqnique. You will hurt the back of your thumb alot by doing this, you will also have lower accuracy as the ball hits a smaller surface on contact. You should hit the ball with the base of your hand, the hard part.

All' inizio del video la ragazza sbaglia la posizione della mano destra . Un errore che facevo io durante la battuta era quello di sollevare la palla e poi colpirla. Un altro errore che facevo io era quello di non abbassare le gambe durante la battuta. Saverio Favaretto

There are multiple ways to serve underhand in volleyball. To say this is the wrong technique is false.

Illegal, because at the service hit, the ball may only be hit by one hand, one arm or part of it.
