That actually looks really easy to make. Easier then real mochi where u need to roll and kneed it so many times and make it into a perfectly round shape with filling

Omg, I’ve been into mochi desserts recently!! Mochi bread looks and sounds amazing 🤩 and I thought I was the only one who likes corner pieces!! It’s the most crispy of all pieces in baked goods 😂💞 That reminds me, I just had mochi donuts the other day 😋 they were amazing
