    Solid word. I just settled my divorce after 26 years of marriage. I was an Elder and Sunday School teacher. My pastor was silent. My church avoids the subject. It’s like a death. Much respect for this good man. 🙏

      I understand your predicament of divorce. GOD himself trying to divorce me from my legal wife just because she is not a christian. from that day i viewed this GOD as a GOD of evil, a GOD of wickedness, an oppressive GOD..
      I discover the truth behind that the evil angels are at work to force every Christians to preach the fucking gospel so that would be spared from evil..
      How could GOD be mercy when GOD is behind the evil act of his own deed that GOD want to do harms to people via instrument of satan
      So instead of praying to Father, pray to Jesus Christ against the Father of evil..
      May the evil gospel of the evil father of jesus christ of nazareth be paralysed and be destroyed in jesus christ name if the evil father allowed evil spirit to attack me at a time when my wife is sleeping.
      May the evil name of the evil father of jesus christ be cursed and be blaspheme by all mankind of 8 billions of soul of mankind for allowing the evil spirit to attack me while my wife is sleeping in jesus christ name amen.
      May the evil gospel that allow such an oppression be destroyed openly by mankind in jesus christ name
      May the evil name of God of Israel and the God of Christianity be cursed by all mankind
      The attack of the evil spirit caused pain so abruptly that I pray again the evil spirit and such sudden attack by evil spirit result in my wife having headache. And this evil is from the evil father of jesus christ of nazareth because evil father caused headache not to mention also surround me with potentially Covid-19 virus and the pariah India virus and also my suspected house mate that is diagnosing of Covid-19 that is now pushing into me.
      The evil of the evil father of jesus christ of nazareth is wicked and evil beyond comprehension

    Wonderful teaching, has really blessed me. I've recently had an unwanted divorce finalized in July. It was so painful and heart wrenching. I couldn't believe the evil that was behind it all. I learned a lot about the Strange women spirit, this wasn't mentioned in this teaching but a deeper study of divorce will reveal this demonic spirit that is bold ,arrogant and ruthless. But my God is greater and he is getting me through this one day at a time. 23yrs of commitment. Be encouraged anyone that is reading this that the word of God is ur shield right now , put it on every day and wear it all day . Roman's 8:28 " And we know that all things work together for the good of them that love the Lord " If u love Jesus this is going to work for ur good. Nothing happens in our life that God can't use to bring Him Glory and to work for ur good. Keep telling urself " SOMETHING GOOD HAS GOT TO COME OUT OF THIS ". Be strong and courageous. Love u in Jesus name ❤.

      Betsy Jennings I'm so very sorry you are going through this.😢That kind of rejection is one if not THE, worst feeling in the world. I've been there & it took over a year before I could even bring myself to put my life back together after my husband left me for another woman. I can only speak for myself when I say it gets easier. I have taken it as an opportunity to grow closer to God, which has changed me for the better in so many ways. I will keep you in my prayers, that you will find peace & strength to get through this heartbreak. Give it to God...He is in control, even when things seem out of control & He will always be there to help carry the burden, so you don't ever have to suffer through it alone. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}

    I am going through a divorce from an abusive aduterer. I know that with Christ all things are possible, but he has narcissistic personality disorder. There is no hope for change from this type as they are unable to change unless a mighty touch of God. This is a debilitating condition. I lived with heinous, insidious abuse and cheating, lying among other things. I suffered throughout and I am suffering now. The beautiful thing is that it makes you desperate for God!

      Been there, people actually do not have a clue, unless they have experienced this. Some people don't make it out alive. I knew more than two women who where murdered. One, was a Minister's wife, We actually attended the same church, her husband beat her brains out with a hammer and stabbed her to death in front of 2 of their 3 children.
      Red Flags, never ignore Red Flags! Forget feelings!
      GOD never intended for a husband to cheat, lie, physically abuse his wife! A good pastor will suggest counseling and if there's no resolution, it's up to two parties involved. Praying for abused women, men and children and teens everywhere, in Jesus' name, Amen! 😭📖🙏🏾🛐♥️😢

      LVNCSR Similar experience here. Some people are just evil monsters. There are a lot of us 'innocent spouses' our here who did the best we could, who just got used and dumped by a heartless human being (well, maybe they are human, who knows?). God be with you.

    • @Mike-lh4wn
      @Mike-lh4wn 7 лет назад +2

      LVNCSR The worst thing is when the abuser projects the guilt of their own actions on us. They blame us for all the wrong stuff THEY are doing. They think we are 'bad' people who deserve to get punished and abused because of their own projected guilt on us. And since we are unsuspecting victims of these people, and since we don't understand the depraved mindset of these people, we often tend to trust them in good faith (because we cannot relate to the thought of a person who would intentionally use and manipulate us), and we even start to believe their lies about how 'bad' we are and how we deserve their abuse. Meanwhile, they skate away from any guilt or responsibility whatsoever. Just to leave us crying in the ashes of whatever is left. It is a horrible and disgusting mind game, by people who are sociopathic con-artists. When you take the mask off, that is what is there.

My counselor said when putting hope in reconciliation with faith in God, we must observe that God wants us to put faith in God alone. I prayed faithfully on my knees crying and I still cry. I can't change my wife. She blames me and puts me down constantly. Please be encouraged to restore your relationship with God as you cry out your specific wants, desires, and pain. Be blessed by blessing someone else. I am Godly and my soon to be ex-wife and I attended church faithfully to build a Godly family. It happens to the best of us. Be encouraged, because I read through these comments and look for common experiences and healing. God bless you dear sister. I hurt as well from the pain of my divorce.

    Some people in hindsight can say that Allthough they divorced it was worth the good memories. Im sad to say that for me, it wasnt. I was never married. From the beginning it felt like a war. The cheating and the lies: they began from the verry first month. they broke me. Now in a divorce I can say; I feel like I’ve been in a war. Im defeated and so so tired. Defeated.

Even though THEIR son through pretty much our whole relationship talked to other females inappropriately online (and at one time before we married Im pretty sure cheated physically)...I was tired of fighting to keep our marriage together...so I gave up..and left. We went to councelling but by that time I was mentally and emotionally already done...yet I was the bad guy for leaving.

    Ephesians 5:25-29
    King James Version
    25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
    26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
    27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
    28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
    29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
    A lot of husband's DO NOT follow this. 💔😢😭🛐🙏🏾📖 The husband is the God given head of the household, he is supposed to provide, protect and lead his family in the way of Holiness. Daily praying and Bible study at home with his wife. Fasting together and actively attending Sunday school, church services and Bible studies together. This not only strengthens the marriage, it strengthens the family, if you have children, also have family Bible studies at home, teach them how to pray and how to pray for others. Teach them who Jesus is and bring them to age appropriate Sunday school, church and other Christian activities. Don't leave them at home!
    If you have custody of children or teens, or have grandchildren, neices or nephews, young cousins, bring them too! 🙌🏽📖🙏🏾🛐😆🥰♥️♥️♥️

God hates divorce. Pray against it - don't encourage it. Marriages can be saved! God never came up with divorce!!!!!! He hates it!

I find refuge in sharing and reading others comments as I look for resources of healing. God bless you for wanting to take a stand on your passion for marriage and what God wants. The answer why GOD bring divorce lies in the answer - Why does Isaiah 45:7 say that God created evil?

    It's interesting to get a condescending divorce message from someone who doesnt have a clue what he is talking about. I've held on to a devastating marriage for 26 years, despite humiliation, abuse, and pain beyond anything this guy will probably ever know. And yet this guy compares us to Rahab the prostitute and finds other ways to 'pity us' as 'lesser' people.

      There is a huge difference between different segments of people that are divorced. It is not one big monolithic crowd of people. There are some who truly are scumbags, who destroyed their families and ruined people's lives. There are some who treat marriage with triviality, who really are not that bothered by divorce. And then there are some of us who are innocent victims of cheaters, monsters, and abusers, who did all we could to make the relationship work, but then had little choice in being divorced. To lump all of us in as a bunch of 'less than' people who deserve fake pity is simply clueless. The scumbag crowd needs confrontation, not to feel coddled in their choices, or given a pass so they dont have to feel any guilt or responsibility. The triviality makers of marriage need to be more sober. And the victims need healing and support, which apparently will never come from a guy like this who is apparently never had to deal with anything like this.

      Divorce is painful dear sir. I too share the experience of being humiliated and put down. This pastor is really passionate about healing people who are divorced or thinking about it. Men in the Bible have married women who were prostitutes according to God's will. They were commanded to be faithful to their wife to endure God's blessing. I can't imagine the pain of marrying a prostitute and asking her to be faithful and pray for healing. God wants us to endure and be strong in marriage. This pastor really had good intentions. I can only hear the good in the message, although I am devastated an in pain of my divorce. God bless you brother.
