Technically 8:33 is incorrect. You would want two justifications, one for Modus Tollens, and one for double negation elimination.

Yes that is something that they have started to do in recent years. When I was in college back in 2008, this step was not needed, however I have seen it become more common place and will start to adapt that into my newer videos.
