    Bass baron Marcus Miller, brandishing his Sire Signature V8 4-string bass, swings by Sweetwater to talk all things low end with Mitch Gallagher. Spec’d to Marcus’s preferences, the studio-ready V8 includes a roasted flame hard maple neck, rolled fingerboard edges, and Marcus’s Heritage-3 preamp system for maximum tonal flexibility. His premier Super J Revolution pickups are spaced ‘70s style to deliver the thundering lows and crystal-clear articulation that have defined Marcus Miller’s distinctive, slap-centric sound throughout the decades. Take a listen!

    Sire is amazing..i've got entry level V3 5 strings 2ND gen et just bought the V3P 4 RS and they are killing for the price ( a few improvments could be made in future ) but I speak about under 400 euros basses..incredible..ALL the Sire Marcus Miller are GREAT!! This brand is razy..Im a Fender guy, but now my main instrument will be Sire and I recommend it for every level ..i ve been playing for 25 years now...and no problem with Sire in every condition..and they are so nice and sweet to play!! what a great work..the problem is just for the after sale service and pieces if needed..I had a broken jack socket..never found help by the constructor even with guaranty..I put myself a fender jazz bass active jack socket....But it s not so bad...The real thing I am waiting for is a better Precision style model (I ve better "motown sound" with my squier than with the P5 that wasn't for me...) but I m sure in the future there will be one..and the PJ style are great too!!

    I just hope the sticky stacked knobs are history aswell as the warped necks in some specimens.

    These V8s are nice but a used V10 around 1k is the sire sweet spot! Love mine.

      V10 is nice but it's missing that 70's pickup spacing. That's what separates the V8 from the V10.

    Not sure if Marcus is just shy or if there were alot of people behind the camera.. but all of these interviews feel a bit uncomfortable to watch because he doesn't seem to want to make eye contact with the camera or the host at all lol. I'm sure theres no ill will and they seem like great basses but a little bizzare across all these videos lol.

    • @HDproducer1
      @HDproducer1 Год назад +3

      I don't think he likes doing promotional interviews. The playing he likes but he probably hears the same questions all the time and just wants to be somewhere else. He must have done 3 of these in one day.
