In a quite bad breakdown with lasting terrible insomnia and I kept pushing through with my dance and music routines so far thinking it would go away but it kept getting worse so I have to give a break from dance to my body and escaped to the countryside but definitely plan to do pointe work on the grass when my legs agree to work again properly :) :)

Hey there! It does depend on what our week looks like in terms of how much self practice I do. I do try and do as many sessions as I can to improve my technique. Dinner and snacks do tend to depend on the day and what I have going on. I like to snack on lots of veggies throughout the day like carrots, sugar snaps, cucumber, and red peppers! Definitely my favourites at the moment!
