When I was a kid, my dad used to told me that wearing tight undies when going to sleep is not good for my peepee as it would stunt its growth. I still remember his word "you need to let it breathe when you are sleeping."

Not just sticking things in themselves, but sticking themselves into stuff too, just today I read from someone on twitter whose uncle was rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack, and that uncle's friend happened to also be there, because said friend had tried making a, ahem, 'life cast' of his "member" using 'construction materials' (presumably a silicone sealant), and it set, and he couldn't get 'himself' out, he should be glad it was through the NHS here in the UK, can't imagine seeing the bill for that particular removal procedure!!! :S

For the brain freeze one, what I do is I just breathe out of my mouth slowly, the warm air coming up from the lungs helps to warm the mouth back up and seems to help curtail the effects quite quickly, also, stop eating or drinking ice cold things too quickly and it won't happen... :P

About the orine leaking, i had the problem and i found the things that was affecting negatively to it was at first consuming a lot of caffeine, and second consuming low amounts of water per day.

Speaking of red rings. When i was a kid i used to get these tiny red dots on my skin. (Like you poke a needle there) They took like a year to disapear and i only got about 2-3 at a time. And they didnt bleed or anything.

When it comes to the underwear question, in my opinion, it depends on the brand. Hanes and Fruit of the Loom are super tight, but some brands like Sheath and Tommy John tend to make them more relaxed. Even Sheath stated that they make them with better breathability and soft material.
Actually hanes and fruit of the loom are the least tight boxer briefs on the market, Calvin Klein's and ethikas on the other hand are a different story

The thing with open wound, rather than staples, couldn't you use tape to stic the wound together for emergency? Or possibly even glue it together with something like super glue that could harden fast?

I buy underwear both boxers and briefs. I hate the extra layer of material and heat beneath my pants. No problem in the winter, but not at night, as the tangling aspect and material wrap around and wake me up constricting private parts. Summertime requires commando at all times. No problems, changing outerwear everyday.
Loose underwear are also more comfortable, especially since I have a related medical consideration. It isn't a concern at the moment from what my PCP explained, but we'll keep an eye on it

Doc i do not wear too tight or too loose boxer but usually a boxer not too tight and also that doesn't allow any shaking or movement of my private part . because if i wear a loose boxer it's created alot of oscillation motion while walking or running which other could notice .so it's a bit embarrassing for me 😅
