Hotels deserve a round of applause coping well considering the situation.. Let's hope we get a bit of normality soon
When the vaccine mysteriously appears around march ( that you will have to pay for to travel ) I bet masks will still have to be worn .get saving folks cos it's the new normal.( but not mine )

Stayed at the Venus many many times, would recommend to all. It’s just far enough away from the strip, but not too far only literally a 4 to 5 minutes stroll, with great food and pool area, plus a very friendly atmosphere. Hope to be back soon, stay safe.

These hotels are beautiful. I know the Venus are doing fantastic deals till the end of February. Just finishing my first week of quarantine from my holiday in benidorm last week, another week to go, worth every minute of it just to get to benidorm. Thanks for the video Lucy . Its not locked down at all here, as long as you wear a mask and try to keep your distance. Life goes on as normal as it can. I for one are glad we moved over a couple of months ago.

Aaaw Lucy, we were meant to stay at the Sol Costa Blanca in April. 🙄
We stayed at the Port at Cristmas.
Great to see some of them staying open.
We hope to get over as soon as it's possible. Thanks for the videos , it's a home from home for us.

You may like the Sol Costa blanca and ofcourse we are all different but we wasted 2 weeks there. Food for us was not good. Not enough choice like most hotels. Lots of noise from American Bar next door. !! Do hope you will love it tho. We wait years to have a holiday. Make the most of it. Xxx 😊. Levante club very good. Sol pelicarnos good Venus great. And many more. Safe journey and enjoy. Xx

Hi Lucy, we 've just had the dreaded email from the Levante Club Apartments, CANCELLED!! We will wait until closer to Feb 2021 to book a place to stay, keep the videos coming as they're keeping us going during the restrictions!!! Take Care Ian

normally do the new year at the Melia, this year is a no go, this Covid has caused so much distress, wish we could turn the clock back, new year at home doesnt sound very inviting but it has to be, stay safe everyone, maybe we can all meet up in Benidorm next year, fingers crossed.

I did have November festival booked for 1 week all cancelled now
I've never stayed in any of these nice hotels as I usually travel on my own so the choice is limited. I have to admit though with the Autumn weather here in the UK even a 14 day self isolation on return doesn't look so bad yay.

Hi Lucy we stayed at the dynastic 2 years ago in March, great hotel, although the kids pool wasn't there then it was under construction, didn't reckon much to the outdoor food you could get all day, but apart from that brilliant, would stay againx
Its ok doing all these updates from the benidorm enthusiast! And a great jobs she's doing 👌 but it all adds to the depression that we can't be there! And the way things are looking we might not be there next year 😔

Another great informative video Lucy, thankyou, im interested in whats happening with the self catering apartments on the front. We're due to holiday Dec through to end Jan, dont know if they are open and would you be able to shop for groceries etc on arrival if you have to self isolate 🤔.
there's thousands of self catering apartments available, you don't need to isolate here, unless you have symptoms obviously

Hi I'm enjoying your videos, thanks for posting. The hotels look ok but no prices? What is the average price per month there. Single person. Are there any flights to Benidorm?
we try to avoid putting prices on as they can change and we dont want to mislead people. also we dont want to sound to much like an advert as we have no connection with the hotels and its quite hard to get permission to film inside. sorry we cant help

My partner is exempt from wearing a mask in England does this exemption rule mean she is ok not to wear one or not in benidorm does she have to get certain proof..thanks

@@antifugazi was there in August, masks didn't bother me. We wear them a lot in the UK now so no difference and to be honest it improves my looks 👍

Thanks for the update. I'm booked for the Rialto 16 January so wonder when Servigroup were gonna tell me the hotel was closed? Also confirmed closed on website, due to open March 2021. I've emailed them to see what they have to say about any alternatives. Thanks again
Update on my above comment. After contacting Servigroup they have been great. Within 24 hours they have changed our booking to the Diplomatic. So we have been moved from the 3* Rialto to a 4* superior and the price has stayed the same. Hope it's as good as it looks in your video. Cheers
Can’t get there. Booked in Port Benidorm 7 November but although our holidays not officially cancelled we’ve been offered alternatives.

Hope you can clarify what the situation is as the story going round the UK is that Benidorm is nearing total lockdown or at the very least all bars to close.Not because of the rise in cases in Beni but dictated by national government who seem hell bent on ruining as much business as possible on the Costa's.
No, no lockdown anywhere in this region. Barcelona and Madrid yes... not in Valencia region. our numbers are the lowest in Spain.
Benidorm numbers are dropping. Theres no lockdown here at all. We live inland about 6km away and the town next to ours of 17000 has just 5 cases. Lockdowns in the big cities yes.
The country relies on the 'tourism' its their main employer
Are they real people ? Do people really go to places like this ?
