As the diaspora, we have to approach the situation with humility. Can't go in like a know it all since we work for large governments and companies outside Jamaica. Need to go in with empathy then apply problem solving skills to deal with each situation. if you go as better than them you will get lots of resistance. So your super power has to be around being able to solve complex problems which means a willingness to collect data, analyze and drive solutions.
