The goofy thing about John Carter not being profitable and being about Mars? The failure of "Mars Needs Moms" along with the earlier "Red Planet" and "Mission to Mars" convinced Disney that Mars doesn't sell, and so they removed the word from the title "John Carter of Mars". (Don't believe the lie that they never planned to call it that. They had a JCM logo and everything already prepared.) But if you don't call it "John Carter, Warlord of Mars" or "John Carter and the Princess of Mars" or SOMETHING like that, you have no clue what the movie is about. "John Carter of Mars", even if you've never heard of the old pulp character, that title alone tells you it's sci-fi, but a movie called "John Carter" is bland and could be about anything. The movie didn't fail because of Mars, it failed because of the lack of the word (well, that's one of many reasons).
Correct. The director intentionally added them to the scene as an indication that Marie was just an average teenage girl. I believe it was even noted in the script.
It‘s also not a movie mistake Sunglasses where available in europe at that time and Dr. Schulz is from Germany near the boarder to the Netherlands, a hotspot of optical lenses that time and many years before
In the original Halloween (1978), the knob on the front door of the Doyle house changes from the right side when outside to the left side when inside. Also, there is no room to the right of the front door of the Wallace house from outside, but inside the living room is to the right of the front door.
In one of the opening scenes of Rocky Horror Picture Show, you can see the microphone hang down into frame Lost In Translation you can see the camera crew’s reflection in Bill Murray’s hotel room window In Ocean’s 11 Brad Pitt is eating a plate of food and then a shrimp cocktail and then a plate of food when Julia Roberts first walks down the stairs at the Bellagio
I watch The King of Queens last night and you can clearly see the Father Arthur. Supposed to be eating something in the bowl and it's nothing in there. And you can clearly see it's nothing in there I can't understand why they just couldn't put some food in that damn bowl. 🤔😏😔🤣🤣
You along with MOSTLY all others seem to think FF family and friends have something to do with the placement and outcome of the tc. Think about it let's say every truth came out where was and the whole story, then what? Nothing is going to change in people's life. Weather a person thinks they were cheated out of it, it's not going to matter. I'm going to assume that everybody in FF family hated this treasure hunt. And it's still a burden to them to this day. All we should be the talking about now is are our adventures and NOT where we think it was.
Also in Titanic the first class passengers sing a verse of a hymn that was not written for 30plus years after the ship sank.
I don't think the sunglasses in Django should count as mistake, it's an anachronism that was done on purpose for the rule of cool

I'm quite sure the Converse sneakers in Marie Antoinette were not a mistake.
Correct. The director intentionally added them to the scene as an indication that Marie was just an average teenage girl. I believe it was even noted in the script.
I've heard Sophia Coppola talk about the shoes. It was deliberate.
Did you know that that plane in Troy, is the plane from Indiana Jones Dial of Destiny
You say 1929, 1949 shows up on the screen. Ironic.
It‘s also not a movie mistake

I mean…it’s a slave movie with a Rick Ross and Tupac song playing in the background. I paid NO ATTENTION to his mf sunglasses 🤡🤣🤣🤣
While Ryan and Tatum O'Neal are driving down the road, in Paper Moon, which is set in 1936, a vapor trail is visible overhead.
The plane flying overhead in _Troy_ was Photoshopped in as an internet joke.
In Bullitt the same slow green vw beetle is passed in a continuous chase through San fran streets
the converse shoes are not a mistake!
In lord of the rings there is a white car driving through in the distance but it was the best shot they got so they left it (a legolas scene)
Did pilots not wear sunglasses during World War II?
Yes they did, the aviator sunglasses were used by the airforce ever since 1930, i dont know where he gets his information from.
He said 1929 but typed 1949 came to the comments to point that out😂

In the movie "commando" when arnold tries to flip the porsche on its wheels the left door appears damaged and after the recovery flip it appears clean
The helicopter being visible in the opening scene of The Shining is probably on purpose, after all I’ve heard about it.
Correction after Godzilla-1 came out that was the most profitable
Maybe Lilly Potter had coloured contact lenses when she was young.

If I recall correctly, there was a reversing waterfall scene in Anaconda.
crazy stuff
I thought Blair witch was the most profitable?
It was and I believe still is.
It cost $60k but was given another $500k in post production and made $250 million. PA cost 35k and got only another $180k in post. So it no longer is
@@jeremyboles2558 They must have had an unlimited supply of batteries for their video cameras.
In wonka noddle was clearly faking the choclate eating scene it’s a sound affect
