Always enjoy your content, your method of teaching makes it easy to break down and drill the techniques with a partner. I primarily train BJJ but I do utilize and or tweak movements with your suggestions. I don’t do nearly the amount of mobility work I should. Takedowns, pain compliance techniques and locks are key techniques a LEO must have in their arsenal. If I was still involved in LE I would be sending people to your seminars.
