most of the time Spearton wins because Jugg has different attack animation, when he slam the axe to the ground, it takes longer for it to attack again while the Spearton only has 1 quick attack animation

It depends
Juggerknigh has more hp and heals and likely does a slight bit more damage
So it really depends on if the juggerknight uses the faster animations or not

Spearton attacks faster. Doing more DPS than juggerknight. Hence juggers didn't have regen here.
