- Get ready for the naughtiest, nicest, and wimpiest Christmas ever. 🎄 Diary of a #WimpyKid Christmas: Cabin Fever streams December 8 on @DisneyPlus.
The winter holidays are turning out to be especially stressful for Greg Heffley this year. After accidentally damaging a snowplow while making a snowman with best friend Rowley Jefferson, Greg worries he won’t get the new video game console he so desperately wants for Christmas. To make matters worse, he gets snowed in with his family, including his grumpy older brother Rodrick and annoying younger brother Manny.

The fact this was actually a idea for a Animated Diary of a Wimpy Kid special in development for so long and they took the chance to do it is what impresses me and has me onboard.

i honestly think this one will be better than the first 2, because unlike them, Cabin Fever never had a movie, so they can only go off of the book, sure they still MIGHT change stuff, like Santa's Scout's name being Elf-Friendo, which means Alfriendo probably won't be in the movie but still, i have high hopes for this one (although i actually liked the last 2. Unpopular opinion, i know)

I haven't really been watching the past animated Wimpy Kid movies a lot because there were live actions, but this is the first Cabin Fever movie so I'm definitely watching it!
A lot of people hate these movies a lot for missing some of the elements of the books, but I love these movies alot and this movie looks like it’s gonna be a fun watch!

This was actually the first book in the series that I read that led me to read the others. I guess you can say I’m kind of looking forward to this.
Seeing how there's no continuity in the books to the point of this whole series being like "Simpsons", I guess you can read these books in any order.
