For all of you that are struggling with this, just understand that you just have to show up everyday and try to do it a little bit better than yesterday. That's it.There's no point in working yourself to death unless you can stick to that for a longer period of time. Excellence doesn't come over night. But, keep in mind that everything great in life requires great effort and great sacrifice. Otherwise, it wouldn't be great.
