As a guy who owns both 5.0 and 370z I can tell you, you feel more confident drifting in 370z than the 5.0, because of how well the suspension, steering and body of the 370z, while the mustang uses live axel, car is lifted bit higher than your typical muscle/sport car, and car just understeer...like steering is turned and go just go straight into anything instant of you, and it bonce so much when you drift in 5.0, but you can make it drift car with correct setting, cus my 370z i felt didn't need much upgrade, but my mustang i used Eibach full kit "with control arms and front and back sway bar" Watts link instead of the factory Pan-hard on axel, and Subframe Connector "originally wanted to use it so I can jack car easier " now my mustang is instead of being bouncy on road it switched to make the driver more bouncy "feeling changed to pickup truck on highway" but drift is so much fun.
mustangs are so driftable its just so many people buy a stock mustang and think they can drift it perfect with no mods. Mustangs are really good drift cars.
Only a T/A 392 and a Redeye. The redeye can be fixed. The T/A will be rebuilt and sold with a rebuilt title and then wrecked again the process will repeat. Also i'm a mopar guy but that bumpside drifting was pretty insane.
When you have the money for a RWD but not for a drift class: 1:17 When you paid the drift class but still bought a bad RWD car anyways: 1:25 And this is when you have both: 1:37
