Her workouts are the truth. I have never had toned thighs. My thighs have always been fat. I used to starve myself as a teen but while my upper body lost weight, my thighs would never budge. I have tried exercising but could never stick to anything. For the first time in my life, my thighs are toned. I didn't think this could ever happen. I started seeing results just weeks after I started working out with Chloe. 4 months strong and I don't plan on looking back. Plus, let's not talk about my waist. Omg. @@m.b7324 I have only done this workout once but she has several others that focus on thighs. I do different workouts on different days. Especially the inner thigh burn , slimmer thighs challlenge and lower body burn workouts. Just scroll through her videos and you will find them.I won't say that I have a routine. I just switch things up. I also include at least one of her full body workouts per week. On days when I don't really have the energy, I'll do a 10 minutes thigh workout but on my good days, I'll push to do a 20 minutes workout. I find that variety makes it more motivating. It was hard initially. I just stuck to 10 minutes workout videos. I could hardly get through them😅😅While the workout doesn't feel easier, I definitely feel stronger. Thigh gap, yes! Get started. You won't regret it!

@@m.b7324 I was confused about that at first too. So I just did one per day. To be honest, that's all I could manage at the start. However, I worked out every day for the first 2 weeks. At that time, I only did the 10 minutes exercises. I can't tell you how often I did each because I mixed them up without a set routine. That lower body burn was the hardest for me at the start but I think it had the most impact. It had me sweating like crazy. Based on my fitbit stats, it was the thigh workout that burned the most calories for me. While the inner thigh workout didn't burn as much calories, I could definitely feel it the next day. Same for the slimmer thigh challenge. All the best on your journey to the thighs of your dreams. If u stick to Chloe's workouts, it will pay off 😊

It's my husbands leg day today and i told him to workout with me since this is my program today. He is more advanced to me when it comes in working out and he is so out of breath in this program! he almost did not finished it (He did this with 10lbs weights) and aplauded me for doing this. (while i did this with 4lbs) I am proud of myself because i am stronger! Thank you chloe for this!! ❤️❤️❤️
This might sound stupid but my mental health has been really bad during this pandemic and feel no point in anything. I decided to watch reactions to Chloe's videos and then decided to do them myself. I'm really greatful for Chloe as she is pretty much the only reason I get out of bed xx

Im an 16 year old Army cadet and cadets have been closed for nearly this whole year and I've lost a lot of weight since I was 13 when I first joined, and a lot of that weight loosing was from cadets. And since it being closed from the rona I've been lacking a bit behind with my exercise until I found your exercise videos. I've been doing them for about a month now and I feel better about myself knowing that if I keep this up I won't return to my old self. So thank you so much for posting these videos its been amazing and super fun to do :D

@@lumiciedal When I started doing chloe's challenges my diet changed completely because I wanted to live healthier and see results faster. I started eating less (I'm referring to the quantity), I ate less bread, I ate no fast food, desserts only once in 10 days, every meal that I ate was homemade (and still is) and most importantly I made sure I was drinking lots of water ( and I almost forgot, I cut off sodas and sweetener drinks, if I wanted a soda once in a while I'd get a diet coke and if i wanted a fruit juice I'd get the ones that are bio and have stevia on them). During rest days I'd would do a 5 km run but this isn't necessary.
Soo im starting this on august 3 - will update * Day 1 - legs were shaky, for some reason I felt the burn in my stomach instead of my legs, did most of the exercises but it was really hard * Day 2 - Didnt do it yesterday bc my thighs were hurtinggg... today was much easier I did all the exercises and my butt kinda looks bigger :) * Day 3 - Sorry for the late update, today felt much harder than yesterday.. I was sooo out of breath and I was sweating alott..but my leg pain is almost gone now which is good * Day 4 - Beginning was kinda hard but I finished it in no time.. anyone who is seeing this ik its hard starting but u can do it! ( thx for 13 likes ) * Day 5 - Guys im alive! Im only doing this 5× a week but yall can do it however often u want to. So today was quite easy leg pain is totally gone and I didnt sweat that much. Anyone who is questioning doing this its worth it! So currently my butt is looking much rounder, not seeing much change in my thighs but it might be different for u. ( thx for the advice and encouragemwnt and thx for 92 likes aaahhh ) * Day 6 - So today was quite easy yet again, I did sweat alot more than usual tho even though I wasnt struggling, anyways so as for my body my thighs dont look that much thicker but I can see that my butt is much rounder, also I just realised that I was sore bc I skipped cool down lol, anyways I hope y'all are making progress! ( if u have any advice pls share it and thx for 127 likes ahhhh ) Day 7 - Sooo today was quite easy again, no struggle, my knees did kinda hurt tho while I was doing the lunges, btw I have like a sink in my right hip, its not a hip dip its more of just like sunken in, anyone know how to get rid of that? I’ve been doing your workouts for about 5 weeks and I already see a huge difference. I tried on a pair of shorts that used to be to big on me, they fit me perfectly, your work is amazing. I love that you can custom make your own workouts using these videos! I usually try to focus on working different areas of my whole body at once, rather than focus on one area for a few weeks, so I made up my own plan of different workouts so that it did everything, and I've lost 13.5inches all over my body in a month!! 😱

I've always had my weight on the lower side but I was "skinny fat", I've been following Chloe's channel for years, working out on and off but this year I'm really doing my best, I did not weight myself for almost 5 months. The past week I weighed myself and I've gained 8kg, I believe that is muscle because my body has changed a lot, more defined, less fat. Thank you chloe for including both simpler and advanced versions of each exercise. I started working out with your channel 4 years ago on and off and it was great as a beginner and even intermediate...but the last 5 months I’ve been lifting a lot with my boyfriend so I got a lot stronger and was starting to struggle to find challenging exercises. I'm on my day 27 of get fit and moving challenge 2022 and I still excited to do the daily workout it makes me energized and slept well (bc I always workout at the end of day). I really appreciate the fact that after hitting my abs hard you give me a chance to give them a break and to target another problematic muscle group. ;-) And great idea with both low impact and dumbell version in one video. It's great to have low impact alternative for travelling, working out late without disturbing anyone or just in case you have some issues with any muscle group or joints and such.
I’m in between challenges and I decided to make my own program using various Chloe videos, this one is for my leg day and I loved it! I’m sweating and my legs felt all 15 minutes, but I think I’ll be brave enough to try this with 1kg weights next time! 🐉

Ok people are gonna hardcore judge me for this but I'm 5'1 and I found out today that I weigh 135 pounds. I admit I cried for twenty minutes. But then after I did 2 videos of the 3 week challenge today and it was super stress relieving. I know one day does not help but I really did make me feel better about life in general. @EBA EBA Thanks 💛 my results from finishing up are definitely due to the dumbbell versions of the workouts because I was in a fitness plateau and I wasn’t gaining or losing much of anything. BUT I’M TELLING YOU THIS IS THE BEST CHOLE TING WORKOUT CHALLENGE I HAVE EVER DONE!!!! If you want rock hard abs do this challenge. If you want to have stronger EvErYThInG do this challenge, if you want to look snatched, do this challenge!!! Best results I have ever gotten from a Chloe Ting challenge and I have almost done them all. Love this community and the people working to better themselves 🥰

6 months ago I started working out to your videos. I have dropped about 15 lbs which doesn’t look like a big difference in my body but I can say that I definitely see more stamina and strength on my body. Before, I have to take multiple breaks between reps and now I can do your 30-40 second sets without hesitation. ☺️ thank you!

Hey chloe, ik u wont see this but i just want to share this, i am 12 years old and i did the 4 week summer shred challenge, i took my measurements today and i lost an inch on my waist, 1 and a half inch on my butt (i thought it was supposed to grow not reduce lol) and half an inch on my arms! Thank u so much! Ik it isnt a LOT of difference but this is the first time i have ever done ur programme and i didnt have ANY diet (like maybe very very little) but anyway thank u for what u r doing!

Chloe i have good news. so i started off with 134 lb and i was a little worried bc i was a bit over weight . i was scared so i did your program for 1 day then stoped .then i started eating alot and i noticed so it had to come to an end, (i ended up with 139 lb). So i started working out and its been good . Its only been 3 days since a worked out. So today i checked my weight and i lost 3 pounds in only three days so now im at 136 lb im gonna keep working hard thank u
Day 1: My legs wont stop shaking and I couldn't complete the whole workout Day 2: I'm extremely SORE and it hurts Day 3: It hurt even more but somehow I ended up finishing the workout Day 4: I was very busy so I didn't do the workout Day 5: It was much more easier and my legs feel and looking stronger thant the first day but my back still hurts Day 6: Hehe I was being lazy again Day 7: My legs look a bit more muscular I didn't complete 2 workouts

Im an 16 year old Army cadet and cadets have been closed for nearly this whole year and I've lost a lot of weight since I was 13 when I first joined, and a lot of that weight loosing was from cadets. And since it being closed from the rona I've been lacking a bit behind with my exercise until I found your exercise videos. I've been doing them for about a month now and I feel better about myself knowing that if I keep this up I won't return to my old self. So thank you so much for posting these videos its been amazing and super fun to do :D

@@lumiciedal When I started doing chloe's challenges my diet changed completely because I wanted to live healthier and see results faster. I started eating less (I'm referring to the quantity), I ate less bread, I ate no fast food, desserts only once in 10 days, every meal that I ate was homemade (and still is) and most importantly I made sure I was drinking lots of water ( and I almost forgot, I cut off sodas and sweetener drinks, if I wanted a soda once in a while I'd get a diet coke and if i wanted a fruit juice I'd get the ones that are bio and have stevia on them). During rest days I'd would do a 5 km run but this isn't necessary.
Soo im starting this on august 3 - will update
* Day 1 - legs were shaky, for some reason I felt the burn in my stomach instead of my legs, did most of the exercises but it was really hard
* Day 2 - Didnt do it yesterday bc my thighs were hurtinggg... today was much easier I did all the exercises and my butt kinda looks bigger :)
* Day 3 - Sorry for the late update, today felt much harder than yesterday.. I was sooo out of breath and I was sweating alott..but my leg pain is almost gone now which is good
* Day 4 - Beginning was kinda hard but I finished it in no time.. anyone who is seeing this ik its hard starting but u can do it! ( thx for 13 likes )
* Day 5 - Guys im alive! Im only doing this 5× a week but yall can do it however often u want to. So today was quite easy leg pain is totally gone and I didnt sweat that much. Anyone who is questioning doing this its worth it! So currently my butt is looking much rounder, not seeing much change in my thighs but it might be different for u. ( thx for the advice and encouragemwnt and thx for 92 likes aaahhh )
* Day 6 - So today was quite easy yet again, I did sweat alot more than usual tho even though I wasnt struggling, anyways so as for my body my thighs dont look that much thicker but I can see that my butt is much rounder, also I just realised that I was sore bc I skipped cool down lol, anyways I hope y'all are making progress! ( if u have any advice pls share it and thx for 127 likes ahhhh )
Day 7 - Sooo today was quite easy again, no struggle, my knees did kinda hurt tho while I was doing the lunges, btw I have like a sink in my right hip, its not a hip dip its more of just like sunken in, anyone know how to get rid of that? Anyways yea thats pretty much it ( thanks for 158 likes aaahhhh )
Day 8 - Today was quite easy, I think I should stop saying that bc yall know lol, anywho so my thighs only look slightly thicker tho idk why they arent making progress ( thx for 208 likes aaahhh )
Day 9 - Today was normal, knees kinda hurt when im doing the lunges but its not unbearable ( thx for 242 likes )
Day 10 - So my updates have been basically the same everyday so im gonna start updating at the end of the week :) ( thx for 267 likes aaaahhh )

I don’t think I could ever thank you enough. I used to be very skinny and I was very very Insecure about how I looked. I’ve been doing your workouts for about 5 weeks and I already see a huge difference. I tried on a pair of shorts that used to be to big on me, they fit me perfectly, your work is amazing. guys i’m not even joking this is one of her best leg workouts. after i did this, my legs and butt burned like HELL for 2 days. but my thighs have significantly slimmered.
A lasting change doesn't happen in 15 minutes ^^' It was probably water retention or something

SHEENA THOMAS imma keep it real with u, i only did this workout one time. i’m currently doing the get fit challenge and am really looking forward to redo this workout. i must say, on paper, my statement sounds rlly sketchy and it may not work for the first time on some people but i was just really glad to see such quick results :) i’m also looking forward to see if other people saw rapid change

I love that you can custom make your own workouts using these videos! I usually try to focus on working different areas of my whole body at once, rather than focus on one area for a few weeks, so I made up my own plan of different workouts so that it did everything, and I've lost 13.5inches all over my body in a month!! 😱

I've always had my weight on the lower side but I was "skinny fat", I've been following Chloe's channel for years, working out on and off but this year I'm really doing my best, I did not weight myself for almost 5 months.
The past week I weighed myself and I've gained 8kg, I believe that is muscle because my body has changed a lot, more defined, less fat.
I'm so happy with the results and definitely will keep going to achieve my goal 💕 Thank you so much Chloe, you've helped a lot of people 💜

I started working out with your channel 4 years ago on and off and it was great as a beginner and even intermediate...but the last 5 months I’ve been lifting a lot with my boyfriend so I got a lot stronger and was starting to struggle to find challenging exercises.

I'm on my day 27 of get fit and moving challenge 2022 and I still excited to do the daily workout it makes me energized and slept well (bc I always workout at the end of day). I really appreciate the fact that after hitting my abs hard you give me a chance to give them a break and to target another problematic muscle group. ;-) And great idea with both low impact and dumbell version in one video. It's great to have low impact alternative for travelling, working out late without disturbing anyone or just in case you have some issues with any muscle group or joints and such.
I’m in between challenges and I decided to make my own program using various Chloe videos, this one is for my leg day and I loved it! I’m sweating and my legs felt all 15 minutes, but I think I’ll be brave enough to try this with 1kg weights next time! 🐉

day 1 of this workout and the 2 weeks abs work out: i work out sometimes but i get lazy and stop for like 3 months😹 but i found this workout easier than the abs workout. i know how much pain i’ll be in tomorrow but I’LL do this😭 i’ll update with results daily💀 day 2: im so so sore but i managed to get through with it🤦 my mom is gonna join me now. im starting day 3 today😳with her

Ok people are gonna hardcore judge me for this but I'm 5'1 and I found out today that I weigh 135 pounds. I admit I cried for twenty minutes. But then after I did 2 videos of the 3 week challenge today and it was super stress relieving. I know one day does not help but I really did make me feel better about life in general. @EBA EBA Thanks 💛 my results from finishing up are definitely due to the dumbbell versions of the workouts because I was in a fitness plateau and I wasn’t gaining or losing much of anything. BUT I’M TELLING YOU THIS IS THE BEST CHOLE TING WORKOUT CHALLENGE I HAVE EVER DONE!!!! If you want rock hard abs do this challenge. If you want to have stronger EvErYThInG do this challenge, if you want to look snatched, do this challenge!!! Best results I have ever gotten from a Chloe Ting challenge and I have almost done them all. Love this community and the people working to better themselves 🥰

6 months ago I started working out to your videos. I have dropped about 15 lbs which doesn’t look like a big difference in my body but I can say that I definitely see more stamina and strength on my body. Before, I have to take multiple breaks between reps and now I can do your 30-40 second sets without hesitation. ☺️ thank you!

Hey chloe, ik u wont see this but i just want to share this, i am 12 years old and i did the 4 week summer shred challenge, i took my measurements today and i lost an inch on my waist, 1 and a half inch on my butt (i thought it was supposed to grow not reduce lol) and half an inch on my arms! Thank u so much! Ik it isnt a LOT of difference but this is the first time i have ever done ur programme and i didnt have ANY diet (like maybe very very little) but anyway thank u for what u r doing!

Chloe i have good news. so i started off with 134 lb and i was a little worried bc i was a bit over weight . i was scared so i did your program for 1 day then stoped .then i started eating alot and i noticed so it had to come to an end, (i ended up with 139 lb). So i started working out and its been good . Its only been 3 days since a worked out. So today i checked my weight and i lost 3 pounds in only three days so now im at 136 lb im gonna keep working hard thank u
Day 1: My legs wont stop shaking and I couldn't complete the whole workout
Day 2: I'm extremely SORE and it hurts
Day 3: It hurt even more but somehow I ended up finishing the workout
Day 4: I was very busy so I didn't do the workout
Day 5: It was much more easier and my legs feel and looking stronger thant the first day but my back still hurts

Day 7: My legs look a bit more muscular I didn't complete 2 workouts
